Zen 2 bedroom Seafront Apartment is perfectly situated on the seafront in Kokkini Hani, just steps away from a beautiful sandy beach. With all essential amenities within walking distance, it is an ideal retreat for families, friends, and couples. The property consists of two adjacent accommodations—Zen Apartment and Zen Suite—offering comfort and convenience in a stunning coastal setting, ideal for a large family or a group of friends.
The space
Zen Seafront Apartment boasts a prime beachfront location, just a short walk from the bus stop, pharmacy, supermarkets, bars, and restaurants. A few steps lead to the spacious terrace and entrance, opening into a modern, open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area. This inviting space is thoughtfully furnished with a comfortable corner sofa, coffee table, flat-screen Smart TV, wardrobe, and a dining table with seating for six. Air conditioning ensures a pleasant indoor climate. The fully equipped kitchen includes a 4-ring ceramic stove & oven, Microwave, Refrigerator & freezer, Dishwasher, Kettle & toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and a french press coffee maker. From the living area, you can access the first bedroom with a Queen-size bed, two nightstands, ceiling fan, and window and the bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, sink with storage cabinet, mirror, and toilet.
From the kitchen-dining area you can access the second bedroom with a double bed, two nightstands, large wardrobe, window, and air conditioning and the utility room with a washing machine and storage space.
Large glass doors in the dining area lead to the expansive seafront terrace, offering breathtaking views of the Cretan Sea and Dia Island.
Zen Seafront Apartment is located on the seafront, within a short walking distance from the bus stop, pharmacy, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A few steps lead up to the large terrace and entrance door into the open-plan kitchen-dining-living area, fully furnished with a corner sofa, coffee table, a flat screen smart-TV, a wardrobe, a dining table with 6 chairs and A/C. The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring ceramic cooking stove, oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and a coffee plunger.
From the living room you have access to one of the two bedrooms and the large bathroom. The bedroom consists of a queen size bed, two nightstands, a window and a large ceiling fan, and the bathroom consists of a toilet, sink with cabinet and mirror and a large walk-in shower.
From the kitchen area you have access to the bedroom with a double sized bed, two nightstands, a large wardrobe, a window and A/C.
From the dining area, large panel windows lead to the large terrace, facing the Cretan Sea and Dia Island.
Outdoor space
The seafront terrace, just steps from the beach, is designed for relaxation and enjoyment. It is fully furnished with a dining table with seating for six, two sun beds and a canopy daybed for added comfort.
