“First off, the hotel itself is good, clean and quiet. The security guard at night was very friendly, kind and caring to us. The front desk staff were very rude and disrespectful. They should not be working there or even talking to customers. They have attitude problems and thinks we owe them. This hotel is highway robbery. “The staff are friendly and helpful. The assisted with all needs.perfect water flow but hot water needs some attention. Breakfast service can do with some improvement.”

“We weren’t put on a higher floor as indicated at booking. When questioned we were told there was a leak/problem on 5th floor. Hoping for another corner room on a higher floor [than 1] we were shown alternative rooms that were smaller. Additionally the pillows were stained with red juice or wine. Considering the newness of the hotel more was expected. The front desk manager, Ebony was firm and proactive with training she’ll be a great. However the hotel could do better should be better...
