As the evening sets in, gather around the cozy firepit with your loved ones, sharing stories and creating lasting memories. Discover serenity at the pond located at the bottom of our property, where you can unwind and possibly sight the local freshwater turtles and ducks.

Our prime location places you within walking distance of Torquay Beach, the vibrant heart of Hervey Bay. Stroll along the picturesque esplanade, where you can admire stunning ocean views and enjoy the beautiful sandy beach. A Weber Baby Q BBQ is available for guest use, there is an additional cleaning charge of $30 if the BBQ is not cleaned after use.

Downstairs: 3 Bedrooms, open plan living, dining, and kitchen. Laundry, bathroom (separate shower and bath), separate toilet. (2x Queen beds, 2x Single beds, 1x single foldaway mattress)

Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, 1 with ensuite. 2nd living area. (2x Queen beds, 1x single fold out sofa seat)

There is a firepit available for use, there is an additional charge to cover the cost of wood. The firepit cannot be used unless the terms and conditions have been agreed to. Please advise ahead of time if you would like to use the firepit so we can ensure there is firewood available. Subject to availability of firewood and fire ban restrictions.

There is a beach cabana and beach trolley available for guest use. Shade coverage is 4m2.

Self-contained kitchen with cookware, serve wear, oven, gas stove, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and fridge freezer.

Travel cot, highchair and stroller available by request.

Please Note: This property has a strict no party policy. There are 4 cameras, one camera facing the driveway and front gate, one doorbell camera, and two cameras on either side of the property, none of the cameras have visibility inside the property or entertaining areas.
