“Clean room, comfy beds and pillows, quiet, pool, good breakfast, friendly desk staff”

“Our room was not cleaned properly. Dead spider on carpet, dirt and dust on bathroom floor, all moldings were very dirty. TV screen was smeared with something. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and coffee dispute it being a no smoking room. Unfortunately a rowdy group of people sat on the patio outside our second floor room until 1 am. Not worth $149 per night. Kelly's Corner, which is just down the hill, has very good food and was the highlight of our stay.”

“The property was clean and modern. Would help to have better road signage and road entrance markings. The road side is very loud with trucks using brake retarders early in the morning. Should not be allowed in small towns and rural areas in my view. It is nice to have a clean and well maintained hotel for frequent family visits.”

“The maintenance man was fixing a door next to my room. He became very angry and began swearing every swear word in the book. Including the “N” word. Very unprofessional I might add, and he was saying it loudly. I couldn’t get my laptop to connect to the internet, I called the front desk and they charged my two dollars a day for their special super 8 wifi. I thought there was wifi there? Anyway the price was right and it was way better than the last time I stayed there. I’ll use them again.”

“The rooms here are comfortable and clean. The bathroom decor is kind of 1950's or 60's, but clean and of reasonable size. I appreciated the presence of a minifrig and microwave in the room. I would consider this as a lodging possibility for future visits to this area.”

“Room was ok, but this hotel is very beat up and dated. It was clean enough, but bathroom and carpet pretty bad. Breakfast was very weak, be aware it’s a continental breakfast, not hot. Only toast, hard boiled eggs and yogurt and cereal options. It was fine for an overnight on the road, but don’t expect anything very nice. Lower your expectations.”
