“Booked the cheapest room in the hotel of 10m2 which must have been the worst room in the hotel. The window faced a corridor and not outside. The room and the elevator did not smell clean. The light from the elevator to the room did not turn on so my dog was too scared to walk and enter the dark bedroom from the lift. The receptionist did not speak English and the final straw was that there was no wifi ”

“The building is impressive, our room was large and clean. There were nice touches such as slippers, bath robes and toiletries. The lounge areas were deserted on the first day of our stay , giving the whole place the ambiance of a museum. The following day saw an influx of guests and the life of the place lifted considerably. There are cards and board games available but you needed to ask as nothing is offered. Breakfast was confusing, there was a standard and uninspiring continental breakfast...
