Room was good, we had a family room and liked that our son was able to sleep in his own little room within our main room. Very enjoyable stay.”

“Great staff, amazing with my young lad. Only stayed for one night but they were very helpful. Special shout to the receptionist I think his name was Timothy, (apologies if wrong) he was great. We were Derby fans and came to see the Norwich match and he was so helpful with parking tips and planning. Thank you again.”

“We stayed in a twin room in the older part of the building....it was very disappointing! The mattress was the most uncomfortable that i have ever slept on, it must jave been the cheapest matress you could buy, all the springs had gone in it and lots of dips and hollows, i had to lay the bath towels on top of it to try and stop the springs from digging into me! “What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...
