“Room was nice and clean and spacious. Sheets were clean, pillows were clean, towels, etc. Befs are medium firm, pillows too, I had a comfortable sleep. Loved the little detail with my name on the TV screen when we walked in. It’s just the little things. I’m not sure why other reviews are bashing, particularly the customer service, but I had a great experience. Seemed that the other guests I chatted with did too. “Great experience for my girlfriend and I. It was our first time glamping! The yurts were cute, you also have an AC cooler inside which is nice during the summer. Restrooms aren’t your typical fancy hotel restrooms, it’s glamping in a deserted area so you shouldn’t expect anything more!
