First during check in, it’s all digital which is fine, but I got delayed instructions so I contacted the company and they did get back to me quickly. When I arrived at night, the bungalows and property map were clearly labeled, but don’t match the check-in info very well, so when I got to mine I was hoping I wasn’t going to the wrong one and intruding! “A very unique and wholesome experience. The Yurts are beautifully crafted and the amenities were excellent. Our host was very friendly and provided us with lots of helpful information. She even helped us to get a late dinner reservation at the Kitchen in the Desert restaurant with great atmosphere and great fusion cuisine. ”

“Location to Joshua Tree National Park was excellent. Would have been nice to have a real person available to chat with about the area, recommendations for dining, etc. No information available in the room. Nice room and patio with outdoor tub, shower and bed to lie on for star gazing.”
