“We had an excellent stay with the Holiday Inn during our Ottawa visit. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable.”

“Renovated smaller Hotel and super clean room. We were amazed. The Hotel is in a very quiet area with plenty of parking. No elevator due to the small size of Hotel. Check -in clerk was not very welcoming. Suggestion: A warm hello and a smile go a long way especially when working at the Reception desk. Check-out clerk was amazing. Would definitely stay here again when in the Gatineau/Ottawa area.”

“Camera grande, pulita, due bei letti king, piscina coperta! A mezz’ora di autobus dal centro. Colazione varia e molto buona, un po’ piccola la sala colazioni rispetto alla quantità di camere per cui abbiamo trovato sempre un po’ di confusione. Parcheggio gratuito.”

“Overall, the hotel was clean and well kept, especially considering the winter weather and how many guests were coming in with dirty shoes from outside. The staff seemed to do a good job maintaining the common areas and rooms despite the conditions. The bed was comfortable, which made it easy to relax after a long day, and the location was very convenient for getting around and accessing nearby attractions, restaurants, and stores. The main downside was the bathroom setup. It was extremely small...

“Carpet in the halls were taped together and the bathtub was chipped and rusty. I had colleagues staying in cheaper hotels that were cleaner and better maintained.”

“I had a suite with a well-equipped kitchen, that only needed one more dish towel to be perfect. The housekeepers need a little more training: I discovered on arrival that they missed some spills and hairballs, and when they came in to service the suite they didn't replenish soap and TP (though front desk made good on both). But the place has modern interiors, ample parking and is well-situated to amenities like groceries, restaurants, car rentals, etc.”

“Very nice, breakfast was great, staff very helpful. Beds very comfortable. Only complaint is that we stayed for 3 nights. Our room was never cleaned. The first day was my fault since I the tags for the room were not in English I mistakenly put on my door. However, the next day I did not put a tag and room still not cleaned.”
