Please no smoking or vaping in the room. No Pets on the bed. The TV, heater, and the Ac remotes are in the first white drawer underneath the TV desk.
A comforter is in the closet. Laundry and Badshah Farmers Market is walking distance. Please shut off all lights and TV, AC when not in the room.
When exiting and unlocking the front door from the outside, please pull the door and then lock. Please double check to make sure it's locked.

This stay was private and comfortable. Checking in was easy with an electronic lock and the host was very communicative with my questions. 2 things to note are that the walls are thin between this unit and the main house so you can indistinctly hear each other, and the mattress is quite hard, but I know some people prefer that. The bathroom is modern and clean and overall everything was easy.

The positive: The room was clean, modern, and nice.The negative: The welcome message we received did not include the passcode so we could not get in. We tried repeatedly messaging and calling the host with no response. We messaged VRBO and they tried to contact the host. No response. We called VRBO and they tried again to contact the host. No response. We asked VRBO to check messages sent to us for the passcode, and there was nothing. But when VRBO looked at previous bookings, they were able to figure out what passcode we should use. The host finally responded to our messages some 10 hours after we arrived. More negatives: The host does not provide some basic amenities typically provided at any hotel room, including hair dryer, coffee maker, tissues, and cups to use to take pills or brush your teeth. To be fair, these are not on the list of provided amenities. It does provide two amenities not usually found - a wall clock (which wasn't working) and a cordless cell phone charger (which did not charge my phone).More negatives: If you like a hot shower, you will be sorely disappointed. The best it gets is warm. If you need the room to be dark to sleep, you will be disappointed. The curtains do little to block the light. If you like a soft bed, you will be disappointed. If you are sensitive to noise, you will be disappointed. On Friday, I was woken at 6am by the sound of the shower in the main house. On the weekend we could hear the conversations of people in the main house.

Great stay, only a few stains found by the bed nearest to the window. Communication with the host was fast. Would definitely book again for a quick stay around the area.

Clean space, prime location, safe area, and comfy bed and bathroom. 9.5/10. The 1/2 star off is only because of the AC - it randomly makes weird and loud noises which woke us up and scared us quite a bit.

Relaxing overnight

Very nice, clean, comfortable. Suggest tissues in room, hair dryer. Host responsive to communications & accommodating. Private bathroom outside room in hallway did not prove to be a problem for us but might be for some. Overall a very good experience. Would recommend
