“Property is exactly as described. Beds are comfortable. Parking on the street was easy. This basement apartment is newly decorated and squeaky clean. There was a hot water heater but no coffee maker. We brought this to the owners attention and it should not be a problem in the future. We would stay here again! ”

“We had a great stay at the High Tide for our family of 4, just a few minutes walking distance from popular Beach 98. It was clean, comfortable, well maintained. Great communication from management. There is a ton of great food spots all over Rockaway Beach and the High Tide is close to many of them (recommend Uma's, Claudette, Roasters, Bungalow Bar, Tacoway Beach, the decadent frozen pina colada at Connelly's, and pretty much everything at Beach 98 and Beach 105). The description informed us...

“Great spot, 6miles from the pool. Great crash spot for me and my son. Good choices abound. Central location for the best that LI has to offer. Listing was accurate. Will be our new go to for swim meets at Nassau Aquatic Center.”

“Overall clean space and super easy check in/out. Location is on a quiet street/neighborhood which is nice. Not full a/c in rooms but had two floor fans; was hot in summertime but manageable for a short stay. Had a nice deadbolt on door to lock it. Awkward entrance as you go through the back of the house and all the way around the property, but it isn't terrible. A bit of a dead zone for Verizon but T-mobile was OK; Wi-Fi was available which was needed. Good for easy overnight stay and cheaper...

“This was not what was shown for it to be. The couch was not as pictured it was a love set with terrible comfort only fit two people. The freezer in small fridge picture showed a full fridge the fire alarm did not have a battery in it no fire extinguisher in area. No towels for kitchen or hot pads or wash clothes for bathroom. Chairs and bench in dining room were terribly uncomfortable to sit on just plastic. Bars on windows doors for bedrooms had locks on inside. We had to spend 265.00...

“We were Iin town for a couple of nights to visit nearby Hofstra. Easy to find, lots of parking, and a clean and well-maintained two-bedroom apartment.Thank you to the host for making us feel welcome. We enjoyed our stay and will gladly check in there again should we return to Long Island.Highly recommended.”

"Struttura tutto sommato tenuta bene, colazione un po scarsa per noi europei. Pulizia ottima, ogni giorno passano in camera a pulire ed a cambiare asciugamani. Ben collegata con la metro. Il quartiere dove è situata la struttura non è dei migliori e non ci sono servizi nei dintorni. Esperienza comunque positiva!"
