  • Confortevole e accogliente di nuova costruzione 1.300 metri quadrati a 2 piani con aria condizionata / riscaldamento a casa con 3 camere da letto per includere 1 letto king size, 1 letto matrimoniale, e 2 letti singoli. Materasso Air x 2 e sacchi a pelo disponibile anche con un sacco di spazio sul retro per piantare la tenda, se lo si desidera. Divano componibile comodo oversize nel soggiorno dotato di canali di film TV diretti. Cucina completa di dimensioni con zona pranzo e terrazzo esterno con grill a gas e fuoco buca sotto. Sized bagno ingresso separato completo con doccia e vasca idromassaggio a getto con mezzo bagno al primo piano. Impilabile lavasciuga con tutti lenzuola / asciugamani forniti. Attrezzatura da spiaggia come sedie, asciugamani, boogie boards, e ombrelloni prevista anche per l'uso affittuario.

This is an awesome place to say. Clean comfortable fun things to do. The pool is excellent. I highly recommend this place and also suggest getting a golf cart for a week. They rent them on the corner. It was a blast just toiling around the grounds.

Our family of 7, including three young children enjoyed our stay very much!! The property had everything we needed and more. We loved the short distance to the pier. We liked going to the pool, playground and exploring the campground community. Looking forward to returning. Highly recommend Jean and Joe’s home!!

Everything was great. The only thing we had to get was a lighter to light the citronella candle because i like to sit outside and read …. But mosquitos . Having a golf cart rental at the end of the road was very handy (bring cash).

Nice getaway

My family enjoyed our stay at this nice beach retreat. We found it was stocked nicely and cozy. We had a nice time in Chincoteague!

This was a wonderful place to stay! You are so close to Chincoteague and the wild ponies. But you are also in your own tucked away space. I would highly recommend this place for everyone! So much space for everyone to relax and unwind after a day at the beach. I would gladly stay again! The owners were so kind and if I had a question they answered so quickly. Can’t recommend this enough!!

Excellent retreat

We really enjoyed our stay here! Everything was cleans, kitchen was well stocked and we had access to all the amenities! It was very close to a grocery store and easy access to Chincoteague!!!

Charming, well-equipped cozy home. We loved the cleanliness and open downstairs floor plan. The backyard’s functional outdoor entertainment space with deck, abundant outdoor table seating, hammock, and fire pit was enjoyed by all ages. The updated upstairs bathroom easily accommodated our family’s needs. Downsides are the small ants present in the kitchen area, lack of television remote in one bedroom (with twin beds), and uncomfortable mattress in the other secondary bedroom. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would return in the future.

Clean, Quiet and Convenient

House was clean, quiet and in a very charming neighborhood. Check in was smooth and easy and the owners were very accommodating, prompt and friendly. My husband and I, along with my sister in law and nephew syayed for 4 nights and had plenty of room. We would definitely stay here again.

Our family loved the well stocked kitchen. House was clean and easy to find and accessible. Campground was friendly and big and had lots available. Great communication with owners.

Vacation with the family

We all had a wonderful time! The house was very nice. Enjoyed exploring the area and going to the beach! A fun time had by all! Just be sure to have bug spray- the mosquitoes were really bad.

Property was great! House was clean and perfect for our family of 4. Enjoyed the deck and sitting around the fire in evening. Host was responsive and checked in throughout our stay. NASA is near by; we got to experience a rocket launch while crabbing on the pier one evening. Military base is close; we were able to see E2 Hawkeye planes fly over!

Perfect place to relax

We stayed here for a family get away and enjoyed the chincoteague area. The property is very clean and well maintained and has all of the amenities you would need. The property owners provided detailed instructions and responded promptly. I would recommend this property to others.

The home was very nice- clean, well appointed, and large for what we needed. Amenities were perfect. The hosts responded promptly to all questions. Check in was easy.The only small downside was that the house isn't actually ON Chincoteague Island, so it was a bit of a drive to get there, but this was manageable for the weekend and we had a lovely stay. Would come back.

Family Friendly

Owners were super sweet and very accomodating. Our family had the best time and created lots of memories together thanks to this beautiful place. Very relaxing and hands off feeling. They have everything needed to feel right at home. Loved all the updated features and that it was very pet friendly.

Great house, mixed neighborhood.

The house was great. A cozy and very clean home. The host very helpful. The neighborhood was a mix of nice trailers and Rvs as well as houses but also some traitors that were more run down. The house was very nice for the neighborhood.

The house is in a very nice community campground! It made me miss camping and the restaurant there is super good and there’s even a crab guy within the park that will cook up your crabs that you buy from him and there’s a launch place for your boat. So many things but not close to many stores, very peaceful and relaxing!!!!

Great Property

Overall our stay here was great. The house was clean, and the furniture and beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The only negatives for us were the very low water pressure in the shower, and having to park under a pine tree that dropped needles and sap all over our cars. All my interactions with the owner were great.
