Upscale Greers Ferry Lakefront Home with Amazing Views!

  • Lakefront, easy access to the water, and a sunset view! Blissful days on Greers Ferry Lake await you at this newly remodeled 3 bedroom/3 bath home. Narrows Escape offers all that you will need (and MORE) to make your vacation a memorable one! The peaceful setting offers convenience as well -- less than five minutes to Lacey's Narrows Marina.

    As soon as you enter the home you will be greeted with an open-concept floor plan that gives you the perfect space to entertain. The living room features a fireplace with gas logs, Smart TV, and plenty of seating. Right off the kitchen, there is a lovely breakfast nook perfect for enjoying a meal or playing a game of cards! The kitchen is what dreams are made of and is fully equipped with everything you need to cook an amazing meal. You can even open the windows to the expansive screened-in porch connected to the deck with Weber gas grill. Down the hall from the kitchen, you will find two bedrooms and two full bathrooms. Both rooms have queen beds, one of which has an en-suite bathroom. A third bedroom and third full bathroom are located in a detached structure connected by the deck and includes two full beds, TV, seating, and laundry space.

    The screened-in porch is where the action will surely be (besides the lake)! There is plenty of seating for everyone, including sofa, rocking chairs and a dining table for 8. With incredible water views, we know this is where you will be spending your time! Outside you will also find a firepit area, picnic table, horseshoes pit, and expansive lawn offering gentle slope and easy walk to the lake for swimming and fishing.


    The Location:
    A short drive away lies Lacey's Narrows Marina, where you can rent a boat for an adventurous day of exploring destinations like Sugar Loaf Mountain. This home is situated on more than 3 acres in a quaint neighborhood that is perfect for morning walks.

Arkansas Getaway

Narrows Escape- the property, the cabin and the view are even better in person. Everything so clean- well stocked kitchen- better than any cabin we have ever stayed in. Great place to relax and unwind. Our favorite place was the front porch.

This is an excellent place. Overall. probably one of the top five or so VRBOs that we have stayed in. Very well equipped kitchen with a gas stove (my preference) and plenty of cooking pots, pans, and utensils. Seating was ample with several eating areas. The screened-in porch has a great view of Greers Ferry Lake and we spent a lot of time there. Beds were comfortable. The shower in the master was excellent. Also, very nice towels. There is an unattached second building that has two beds, a bathroom with shower, and a laundry area. One cool feature is a regulation horseshoe pit with lots of shoes to throw. The location is really good for activities in the area, It is also with a short walk of GF's best restaurant, Bentley's. We plan to return!

Peaceful and serene

The perfect location and space. The views of the lake were stunning. It was very peaceful and quiet. Has lots of outdoor space the separate guest quarters gave everyone a private space at the end of the day. We will be back.

Weekend getaway

We had a wonderful time at Narrows Escape and highly recommend it! The screen porch was a favorite spot to gather and the kids loved the expansive yard area and horseshoe pit. Everything was so well stocked! We hope to return in the cooler weather to enjoy the fire pit. Lovely lake house!

Wonderful stay

The home is beautifully remodeled in a great location with a spectacular view of the sunsets. It has a fully stocked kitchen which is super helpful! The walk down to the lake is easy so kids and older adults can walk down and enjoy the lakefront. We walked in and went swimming right there. The property managers were very responsive. We would definitely stay again!

Labor Day Weekend

This is an amazing house to stay in at the lake. We were so comfortable and impressed by this house. View of the lake was terrific. We were close to Lacey’s Marina. The house was beautiful. Updated every where. The screened in porch was perfect. Would recommend to anyone.

Loved the view of the lake from large screened porch. The house had everything we need for a week's stay. This is a Lakefront home. Muddy water however and it's a thoroughfare for boats that during the weekend we did not dare to go in the water. Internet is broadband and did not support multiple devices and our cell signal was spotty, but this is not the owner's fault. We just wished internet was stronger. My college son enjoyed the bedroom unit off the main home. It was perfect for him. Owner responded to questions/concerns immediately. Thanks for letting us stay.

This place is on a dead end road, so almost no traffic. It looks like pictures, but is bigger and set up better than it looks. The outdoor space is great and fishing off the bank is great. The water is good for swimming also. It drops off very slow and has a sandy bottom. I recommend this stay for all ages.
