“This is our go to hotel for events at Roger’s place. There is always parking near, it’s modern, the staff are friendly and Roger’s is accessible via pedways from the Hotel! The restaurant in the hotel serves phenomenal food also! ”

“King suite was advertised to sleep 5 but had a king bed and pull out couch, cot was available at additional price. Parking $35/day however the parkade beside the hotel advertises $15/day. Live and learn. Thermostat was not working, unable to turn down heat. Maintenance unable to fix as "centralize issue" did provide us with a fan. Microwave listed on website but not in the room and one was not available. The staff was very friendly but at $400/night I expect better and would not recommend...

“No mini fridge, really tight parking unless you take up 2 spots, weird set up for the bathroom. One of the employees gave me attitude when I said I didn’t have a credit card for the damage deposit, then charged me 350$ on my debt for the deposit, I’ve only ever heard of hotels charging 200$ for the deposit if it’s on debt so I thought 350$ was steep. ”

“Our subpar experience started right at check-in when we were ignored by the front desk agent. The valet acknowledged us twice and after the second time, went to find a different front desk agent (who started our check in and then was pushed out of the way by the agent who ignored us). No one answered the room service call so we went down and ordered to go from the restaurant and took it up to our room on our own. On our second evening, I asked front desk to please send up extra towels because...

“Past its prime. Staff were good and rooms decently clean. Parking is easy enough and semi-secure. Breakfast was sub par, but had options. Coffee jugs appeared to need a clean. Hot tub jets barely worked. Beds were the firmest I've had in ages; I like it firm, but these caused loss of sleep. The attached pub appears nice; we went with a group of 5 and gave up after waiting for half hour for staff who never did acknowledge us.”
