“A/C gets cold and the bed is soft”

“A great hotel and we've stayed here several times--mostly for extended stays of 3 to 7 days. All was great BUT we've noticed a bit of "slippage" in maintenance and small but important details. One swivel chair in our room had a broken leg. The pillows on our comfy king size bed were pretty worn and need replacement. Even so we love the Metterra and will likely stay there again later this year.”

“Basic no frills hotel but very clean and room was newly renovated. Comfortable stay, good price, would stay again.”

“The room was spacious and very clean. The room and the hotel felt fresh. The hotel has a less "sophisticated" vibe than its sister property the Metterra but it was significantly cheaper.”

“We loved the front desk staff here, as well as the 4404 restaurant staff at breakfast! Our room was clean and great… The one thing they could do better is that the pool needed cleaning and maintenance!”
