“Ottima sistemazione, camera e bagno puliti, parcheggio comodo, posizione ottima (a piedi si raggiungono ristoranti e supermercato). Molto gradito il caffè offerto al mattino (non c'è la macchina per il caffè in camera)”

“Great room, very dog friendly. Location is great next to the lake and by local restaurants. Room was updated/modern and everything felt clean. Would definitely recommend and would stay again in the future.”

“Easy check in and out since it was done by yourself. Overall the hotel was nice, had a shared kitchen with all utensils and a stove to cook if you needed it. Front door need a seal around it, toilet seat needs tightened also toilet wobbled a little as well. Bathroom window screen needs replaced was letting in bugs. Other than that Decent location away from all the hustle and bustle.”

“The check in was pretty a chaos cause my expedia account didn't approve my card, luckily the receptionist still let me check in. Also there was no phone in the rooms so if you had a question, you had to go all the way to the front lobby to get your questions answered, not sure why they don't have a phone in the rooms. Our ac in our room also wasn't really working that well. Room 212 , I believe.”

“Blue jay lodge is close to all of South Lake tahoes big areas, but still on a quiet strip. They do give you tickets for $5 off if you want to go to the private beach which is 3 min drive. We enjoyed our stay. There was a few cons: 1) there is no attendant there so everything is done online including room key and we kept getting messages (about 4-5) over our 1 night stay. 2) rooms walls are extremely thin. We could hear every conversation of couple next door, just as a warning. 3) check in is at...

“We had a fantastic stay at Black Bear Lodge. The lodge is absolutely beautiful, with a stunning wooden interior that gives it a real mountain lodge feel. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect place to relax and unwind. The location was ideal too, tucked away in a quiet setting but only a short drive from local shops, restaurants and other amenities. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.”

“Bathroom had hair on bathtub”

“Not really much to say other than this should be a last resort stay. Stain on the sheets, no soap or any body wash / shampoo. Our room looked like it had been cleaned with minimal effort which is kinda crazy since there were 2 cars in the parking lot…. Respectfully I would avoid this place.”

“Where should I start, no parking for handicap except one spot on other side of parking lot. Which is not big enough. The room was not very clean and the sheet kept coming off the bed , the blanket wasn't that clean . No bars in bathroom at all, as the tub was very slippery, had to put towel down. I can't do steps and they knew that but had to get into room. Didn't get access code until I called them again for the third time. But code until 3:58. All the coffee condiments were in a plastic cup....

“Nos pasó algo que cuando llegamos el cuánto olía mal, Y abrir las ventanas porque el olor era a húmedo, efectivamente el agua del baño se estaba saliendo del piso de la cosina, Le llamamos a la señora que pienso era la dueña nos movió a otros cuartos nos dio 2 cuartos lo cual fue genial mis 2 hijas mayores tomaron uno y mi esposo y mi hija pequeña nos quedamos en otro, se resolvió todo l problema, La limpieza le faltaba más dedicación quitar sarro de las regaderas y algunas reparaciones.”

“Did not like the property at all. Our room smelled like someone poor a gallon of bleach on it and left it like that. When we told them that the bleach fumes were giving us a headache, they told us to open the window.”
