“Only a one night stay with our son and new wife to celebrate their wedding that day. Staff were amazing and friendly, nothing was too much trouble. Made use of the pool and sauna and quiet areas although had to stop using the pool for the aerobics class. Had dinner in the Upper Deck restaurant which was lovely. Again brilliant staff who new their stuff”
“This has to be the best hotel I have stayed in for dog walking. It has a restaurant next door that serves excellent food sourced locally. A bit more expensive than a pub chain but well worth it. The same with the breakfast which was excellent.
And the bonus is we could eat in the dog friendly area with our dog.”
“Stayed for a couple of nights, wish we could have stayed longer! Room was bigger than expected, clean and lots of light, comfy bed,. Food delicious, cocktails and drinks great, staff friendly and welcoming and a besutiful setting by the river and lush gardens. Hope to return again. ”

Such a warm welcome from David and Pumpkin. The accommodation is superb and immaculately clean. Opted for the jacuzzi room which was an excellent way to relax after a busy day. David thinks of everything and the little touches for dogs and humans alike we’re greatly appreciated. Communication throughout was friendly and informative.
Would highly recommend to anyone travelling to Bournemouth with or without a fury friend. ”
