“Breakfast was great and early being we had to be up early. Neighbors were very noisy on both sides of us and even halls. ”

“Internet great basketball court with clean pool breakfast my husband wished there would have been the waffles everyday pull out couch clean and comfortable loved that it's had a kitchen booked this due to our son's surgery very close to the groove hospital / surgery center walking distance to tx road house and pedros Mexican food Walmart many stores and the mall all right there perfect spot in our opinion we will use them again ”

“The beds were way too hard it left me hurting for days. They did not provide a do not disturb sign and then came into my room when I asked them not to housekeep. Every time I left the hotel and returned my key did not work and the staff was rude about giving me new keys. OVER ALL THE STAFF WAS HORRIBLE AND DID NOT FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS WITH HOUSEKEEPING AND WAS EXTREMELY RUDE WHEN I NEEDED A NEW KEY WHEN THEY KEPT CANCELLING MY ROOM KEY ON A 4 DAY STAY I HAD TO GET A TOTAL OF ^ DIFFERENT CKEY...

“I LIKED HOW THE HOTEL STAFF WAS VERY FRIENDLY...JACK WAS AMAZING AND I WOULD LIKE TO COME AGAIN, HOWEVER, I DID NOT LIKE THE FACT THAT I HAD TO TAKE MY CLOTHES SOMEWHERE ELSE TO WASH AS THERE WAS NO WASHER AND DRYER. I WISH THAT WE COULD AT LEAST HAVE A PLACE TO WASH CLOTHES. GOING DOWNNSTAIRS TO USE A MICROWAVE WAS ANOTHER INCONVIENENCE . BUT I UNDERSTAND THE POSSIBLE REASONING BEHIND IT (FIRE HAZZARD). “The first room that I was in, the toilet didn’t flush properly the room wasn’t up to par, shower had hair in it etc and the curtains had something on them, I wasn’t sure if it was blood or what but I changed rooms only to end up in a room with a HORRENDOUS smell that made me wake up with a headache and that toilet also didn’t work properly in the “new room” so it is a plumbing issue inside the entire building. The hotel was so disgusting I didn’t eat or drink anything inside the room nor did I...
