The floors have not been swept or mopped in quite some time. Dirty dishes were neatly put away in the kitchen. The deck and grill area was covered in trash, dirt and dead bugs. The outside siding on the home had obviously not been cleaned in more than just a season. Furnishings were dusted off on the surface ex. two tier end tables in the living room were dusted on the top tier but extremely dirty on the second tier. When I moved an end table to access an electrical outlet to charge phones the dust, trash and bugs moved with the legs of the end table. Underneath (and very visible) the chaise portion of the sofa is trash, dust, hair and cheerios. The refrigerator has two shelves in the door that is filled with old empty and partially empty condiments. The freezer portion is very full of old items (some with expiration dates of 2016. I cleaned the mold out of the mini coffee maker. I did not get around to cleaning the blender which has green unknown material inside the pitcher and base thereof.The bedding in the small center bedroom caused a itching and a rash. I decided to wash the bedding. The washer had a load of soured wet hand towels in it and the washer is full of mold with a yellowish goo leaking from around the front gasket. Washing the bedding did not help whatever is in the bedding that caused rashes. I suggest the bedding be completely replaced. Please let future visitors know the precise size of the makeshift bed and frame in the middle bedroom. I am only 5'4"
