“Our room was fine for one night. Close to Pasco airport. Our shuttle driver was great!! We parked where we were told but when we got back the whole parking lot was roped off. Many vehicles in the roped off area. We had to hold the rope up over the car to get out it was very late at night and seemed a little scary.”

“Clean room. small item in room needed attention. Staff took my comment seriously and passed onto maintenance. I doubt cleaning staff would have noticed; not on their check list. The staff at other places Ive stayed at acted as if I was just griping about something, when in fact the issue I was pointing out was something i would have taken seriously if it had been in my own home.”

“What a dump. I didn't know Kennewick had such a sketchy place.”

“Did not know there was no elevator. Had an elder person with me and was put on the 3rd floor. It's an old building and didn't seem to be well maintained. The beds were on wheels and kept moving every time you moved in the bed. The hallways and stairs looked like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. There were 3 of us and only got one key. When I asked for a second one, I was told she didn't have anymore.”
