Hotel a Highland

“The room was very spacious and we enjoyed the soaking tub. It appeared the room had not been cleaned in sometime. There was hair all over the bathroom, in the shower, around the toilet. There were nail clippings throughout the room, found on the carpet by the bed and other random spots on the carpet. For the price we paid for the room, I was expecting it to be better cleaned.”

“Staff was AMAZING. Very kind, wonderful people! 10/10 on hospitality! However - beds were very firm.. too firm, and not comfortable. This is my #1 complaint, as we were here for a basketball tournament and needed a comfy place to sleep. It was pretty clean, but the bathtub needed a little extra love. Shower water felt slimy. I probably would not stay again because what I look for is comfort.”

“Rooms were clean, no coffee pot,not enough towels, was in room for 4 days never got cleaned, smell of weed all the time, always a group of people out side the entrance, people living in there cars in parking lot throwing there trash out, if you wanted clean linens you had to bring your dirty ones down to counter, was there 4 days only seen someone at front desk 2 times. Will not stay again.”

“Amazing place to stay while visiting friends and family. Our studio suite was well appointed, clean and comfortable (the bedding was so soft!). The pool area was refreshing and clean, the staff incredibly helpful and kind. Lots of parking and easy access to all points of travel in town.”

“We reserved the two room suite for my husband, kids, my dad, and myself. We get up to the room and find the AC is not working in the room with the king size bed, went to the desk and the worker ‘Max’ told us “oh yea, that doesn’t work. You can leave the door open to keep the air circulating.” We asked why this wasn’t disclaimed online or even upon check in, with no logical answer. I asked if they could comp us to joining rooms so we had AC, ‘Max’ became very defensive telling me that I would...

“Uncomfortable beds and terrible pullout mattress”

“Staff was helpful and we were able to check in a hour early which was nice because we drove 2 hours away and we were tired. Our room was clean with plenty of towels thanks.”
