Three bedrooms and two baths. Twin beds in two bedrooms can be converted to king size beds. On the first floor there is a family room with direct access to the lower patio. The room includes a pool table, children's toys and large screen television. The second and main floor has a great room, two bedrooms, one bath and a washer/dryer. Great room is furnished with rustic reclaimed wood furniture and has a stone fireplace for cool evenings. The third floor has an open loft area with sofa bed, and television as well as the master bedroom and bath. Most rooms open to balconies, decks or patio through sliders.
