“Perfectly located near the tri-state border, this was a great place to stay while exploring the Delaware River Gap and visiting nearby restaurants and breweries. Owners were helpful and the room was comfortable and well-maintained. Would stay again in the area.”

“ There was a heat wave and the air conditioning was working well and allowed us a good night's sleep. The room was attractive and comfortable, the surrounding property was pleasant with a bit of wild life (rabbit, bird house)Parking was convenient. ”

“The bar/restaurant downstairs had a good selection of liquor, but the kitchen was closed by the time I got there. I was able to grab a drink & sit on the porch. The room was great, the staff was friendly - would definitely consider this for a trip to Milford or the Delaware Water Gap or surrounding areas.”

“A charming little row of motel units, probably from the 1970s, neat and clean. Classic side-of-the-road property set back from Rt 6/109 near I-84. Highly recommended room for the night.”

“ New York water park and resort with everything to make you escape from your daily life . Kid friendly . Huge water park with tubes and slides and lazy river hot tube extended outside. Restaurants had bbq meals and ice cream / cake call( pops ), with arcade close at 9 pm water park hours 11am -7 pm huge room get rooms with balcony with amazing views ”
