“This is not my first time staying here. However, the property had been updated! It is in a safe, convenient location, near everything, and does not require a minimum number of nights like other hotels. The breakfast was a great treat. I liked the automatic pancake machine over the old Texas waffles that all the other hotels have. VERY clean and comfortable. We will stay again. The young lady at the front was very knowledgeable and pleasant to talk to. Thanks again for a great stay!”

“Upon entry to the property I was surprised as it appeared quite quaint. The driveway leading up to it left much to be desired however as you need to backout of steep narrow entry onto the road. It is high up in the woods, so this may have been the problem that lead me to allergy and breathing issues. As I was unloading my car, my friend was trying to hook up the wifii, it never came up even after repeated communication and attempts. Breathing became difficult and the house was a bit musty so...

“I was on a weekend vacation with my Grandson and little Boston Terrier. The room was nice and clean. Pillows were comfortable. We used the TV, microwave and refrigerator. All in good clean working condition. Bathroom was nice. Checkin staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, too! several different choices. Will stay there again.”

“Not a 10/10 place but good. Clean, which counts for a lot. It’s an older property, which you can see in some wear and tear, especially in bathroom and door frames. Not a big deal, but not highest rating worthy. Biggest issue is we could hear our neighbors through the walls (kids woke us up at 7am). Front desk was distracted when checking in and gave us the wrong room number but it was resolved. Pool was amazing - could have stayed out there all day. Beds were super comfy. Lake view is amazing.”

“Most of the staff was great. But really depends on who is there that day. I had a couple of people being extremely helpful and nice. but one morning we didn’t have water during breakfast and the main desk attendant just said: “there is nothing we can do about it.” But other times I had people walking an extra mile to help with the laundry machine and other things. Outside needs care. But the room was clean and the mattress was new and confortable. Breakfast was good for what it is.”
