“Super friendly and very helpful ”

“It’s a great place to stay with the family. We choose the atrium view with a balcony. Swimming facility is great and they have at least 2 life guards on duty. They also have an arcade room which is quite nice. There’s a restaurant- Shelly’s connected to the hotel that serves nice meals. Portions are huge so worth the price. The hotel is also centrally located, so all the places we visited were within 15mins of the hotel. Great place - I recommended”

“If you are traveling for history and historic beauty this is the place, but like a very old Jaguar, even when restored is going to be a bit...unreliable. The hot water, once you turned on all the taps to get it, lasted three minutes...if you are old or disabled, the stairs are a challenge, the AC struggles to keep the room cool and this is when we are not in a heat wave...no refrigerator to keep your food cool, either. It is a beautiful hotel, but not a practical place...like an old Jaguar.”

“The service at this property was great and helpful with everything. But the rooms are in severe need of updating or deep cleaning. My partner and I were first placed in room 6312 and it was bug ridden, full of cobwebs, smelled of mold, and still dirty. I had to kill about 20 bugs. We were luckily able to get a room change into a much cleaner room but still couldn’t get over the amount of bugs we had to kill. If I could add videos to my review you would be able to see how many were crawling all...

“My partner and I came for a weekend away and Sunny upgraded our room and kept us away from the baseball tournament that was happening. We really appreciated that! ”

“Very clean and very accommodating! Breakfast was ok and hallway had a funky smell but the rooms were very clean.”

“The rooms were clean upon arrival and were cleaned multiple times with fresh towels over my 5 day stay. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly, a huge thank you to Rachel and Pamela whose kindness made the stay that much more memorable and enjoyable. Breakfast has some changes to it day-to-day which is good if you get bored of the same food day in day out. Plenty of parking for anyone driving, with a shuttle that goes to and from London airport, as well as a quick taxi request at the...

“Room, staff, and amenities were all excellent. The room itself was dated, especislly the bathroom fixtures, but everything worked as it should. Would stay again in a second.”

“We had an ok stay. Unfortunately our bedroom smelled like raw sewage for some reason, not sure if it's because the facilities are old? Also unfortunately when I was in the shower did I realize they were out of conditioner and body soap. For the amount of money the room cost the facilities were not up to what I'd expect.”

“Beds are rock hard, rooms are ant and beetle infested. AC works good, that’s about the only good part about my stay”
