We had a wonderful time. We were very thankful for the pool -- which is beautifully tended and for the large dining table that allowed our whole group, including our local family, eat together.

Highly recommend!

We stayed here for a bachelorette party and had the best time! There’s a big pool with plenty of outdoor seating and a really cool basement with a projector and game room. Meedlen is very responsive and went above and beyond to be a great host. We all would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Family Visit

The property is beautiful and was perfect for our stay. We were in town to see a family members art exhibit. It was my father first stay at a rental property like this and was a good experience for him. We really enjoyed the game room and projecter tv to watch the Superbowl! It was a great place for our family to come together. Thank you!

Lovely Stay

I rented this property for my co-workers who were here for a retreat at my home in the area, and at the local community center. This home had everything we needed, and the host was easy to communicate with. We will definitely consider using this property again for future guests coming for work and family gatherings.

The house was just what we needed for our time in NY, a clean comfortable place to sleep. It was on a quiet street. Some good restaurants in the near by towns. Nice little touches that host provided (snack basket) at our arrival. Due to rainy weather we didn’t get to make use of the outdoor amenities. Loved the espresso maker! Our time wasn’t spent much at the house, as we were visiting friends & family in the areas of Warwick, Wallkill & Patterson, but when we were there it was comfortable clean, just what we needed. We would stay here again.

Wonderful Professional Stay

My team and I enjoyed this beautiful space during our long stay in New York. Even more than the property itself, Meedlen and her team were extremely flexible with our needs and willing to work with us wherever possible. I would encourage any new prospective tenants to communicate their needs for their stay - I am sure they will appreciate the professionalism and kindness that Meedlen and her team exemplify.

Mixed Feelings

It was a great place, but were missing some essentials like bedding and trash bags. And the communication was not the best. The notifications and welcome stuff was good. But they did not respond when messaged. Couple corrections and this place would be an awesome place to stay.

Holiday Haven

We rented the Cedar Mill Hideaway over Thanksgiving break. Our family was looking for a relaxing way to start our holiday season after a very difficult summer. We were not disappointed! The entire home felt very warm and welcoming. Everything that we could possibly have needed was there. The check in process was extremely easy. My two children, ages 4 & 8, loved the game room, home theater system, and bunk beds. The firepit was lovely to lounge around while enjoying a hot beverage in the evening. We hosted family for our Thanksgiving meal and everyone was so very pleased and impressed with how at home they felt. Several of my family members are already planning on renting here again for various times during the upcoming year. My parents told me it was the most relaxed holiday they had had in years. Thank you so very much for your wonderful hospitality. We look forward to renting from you again in the (very) near future.

Everything was great , pretty much anything we needed to make our 85th birthday celebration for my mom go without a hitch ! Game room was very popular and just wish we weren’t having the coldest weekend of the year . Backyard deck and pool must be a great addition without 2’ of snow

awesome getaway!

Loved this B&B. Beautifully appointed, fabulous amenities and attention to detail to create a warm, welcoming stay. Everything you could need plus unexpected delights such as a stocked coffee bar and plush robes and slippers for the main bedroom. The host went out of her way to insure all our needs were met. All in all, the getaway exceeded my expectations and provided exactly the mini vacation we so needed! I would highly recommend this B&B to couples and families alike
