Cozy stay in NY

The apartment is settled in a wonderful spot, not that busy but still easy to access with subway or bus. It has all the things you need (we even found shampoo, conditioner, hair dryer with diffuser, ...), when we arrived the place was clean and we instantly felt home. The fridge is big, washing machine and drying machine worked perfectly so we used them a few times. The only issue is that the bed is attached to the window so it's hard to open and close them

Host was a great communicator. The apartments in good location and near several nice restaurants.Was having hot water was inconsistent, and there were very large roaches. The bathroom was not clean.The apartment is well-equipped.

Great location for someone that has a procedure at the hospital. The host was very responsive. The hot water and heat were an issue, no hot water the day before surgery and then scolding the next day. In the winter you need to have reliable hot water and heat.

Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement et le quartier proche à 15/ 20 min des points attractifs de Manhattan. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement pour une visite de New York optimale. Points forts : Communication avec l'hôte, emplacement et équipement de l'appartement, lit très confortable.Point faible : La propreté pourrait être améliorée.

Man war ganz gut an die öffentlich Verkehrsmittel angebunden, einkaufsladen gab es auch in der Nähe. In der Wohnung gab es alles was man braucht und sauber war sie auch. Es gab keine Überracschungen, alles war wie beschrieben.

Wir haben uns im Apartment sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Lage ist perfekt, um Manhattan zu erkunden, und die Doppelbetten waren breit und bequem. Es ist sehr angenehm, dass es Klimaanlagen und einen Ventilator gibt. Auch Handtücher und Küchentücher waren in großzügigen Mengen vorhanden. Die Küche ist klein, wir haben sie nur zum Frühstückmachen benutzt. Auch die Spülmaschine ist klein, aber zweckmäßig. Am meisten gestruggelt haben wir mit der Dusche, bei der sich die Wassertemperatur nur schwer regulieren ließ und die für deutsche Reisende nicht unbedingt dem Standard entspricht, den man sich bei so einem teuren Apartment vorstellen würde. Insgesamt haben wir uns aber sehr wohlgefühlt und würden das Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Great location on a quiet, safe street. The apartment was very well furnished with towels, extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc. The beds were extremely comfortable. It is right by the main door so we brought a blue tooth speaker and played back ground noise and didn’t have a problem. It was 100 degrees when we stayed and the air conditioning kept up well.

Perfect home away from home. Wonderful location to attractions, bus stations and subway. Quiet street across from park, 1 block from the water. Definitely stay again. Communication between host was easy and attentive.

Great place!

Would stay here again. Super easy to work with. Was a little harder to get around than I expected. We used cabs mainly! Especially to and from airport because not real close to subway for large luggage. Comfortable beds and pillows. Bathroom was not huge but large enough. Shower was great. Stocked well with all necessities for cooking and showering.

Un superbe appartement très bien situé. Le bus passe tout proche et le métro à moins d'un quart d'heure de marche. Appartement très bien équipé et hôte super disponible pour répondre à vos questions. Pour les français, petite subtilité pour la douche, il faut tirer sur l'anneau autour du robinet pour actionner le pommeau de douche. Tout est parfait et cette ville est incroyable ,Amazing!!Un super voyage dans une super ville. Merci a Hugo pour sa communication et merci aux Newyorkais de leur accueil et leur gentillesse.
