Located in Hamilton Heights, New York City, enjoy this private 1-bedroom updated apartment has to offer in a beautiful historical Brownstone. This nice property features a one-bedroom and a cozy living room with a queen-size sofa bed, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the city. With amenities like two smart TVs in the living room and bedroom, Backyard dining, workspace, Wi-Fi, AC, and a bonus of a private dining backyard. We also have accommodations of a playpen and a highchair for your toddlers. Guests can feel right at home during their stay. You're sure to make fantastic memories with a stay at our place. Comfortable for a 2-4 person stay or a small family.

Just 20 minutes from Times Square to watch the New Year's Eve ball drop, Rockefeller Center for tree lighting, the Thanksgiving Macy's Day Parade, the Radio City Rockettes Christmas Show, Heart of Broadway Theatres, amazing restaurants, and so much more. Just perfect

La nostr vacanza a New York è stata assolutamente perfetta grazie anche all scelta di questo appartamento unico. Tutto ha superato le nostre aspettative in quanto questo piccolo gioiello nel cuore di Harlem ha tutto quello che si desidera, pulizia estrema, modernità, spazi e letti comodi, un patio invidiabile. Merle ci ha fatti sentire a casa accogliendoci con una bottiglia di vino, acqua fresca e fornitura di caffè e thè per l'intera vacanza. Grazie davvero di cuore, questo rimarrà sicuramente la nostra "casa" per ogni futuro ritorno!

Una casa deliziosa, pulitissima funzionale siamo state benissimo sono andata con mia figlia e mia nipote. Merl Lost, è stata disponibile e simpatica ad aiutarci a risolvere un piccolo problema con una chiusura di una porta interna della casa. è stato un bellissimo soggiorno. Il mio sogno era dormire in un appartamento a New York, visto che le altre volte ero sempre stata in un hotel, e sono stata molto felice. Consiglio questa struttura perché oltre ad essere carinissima funzionale è collegata benissimo con tutta la città. Grazie per questa bellissima esperienza.

This home is beautiful. The host is very nice and warm welcoming. She surprised us with a free bottle of wine. She recommended places to eat in the neighborhood. I really enjoyed my stay. I definitely recommend.

What a dream of a find. Cannot fault this apartment in any way, super clean, super homely, everything supplied, even cotton buds. Coffee maker the best ever, up to 12oz cup size and it’s hot. Hotel grade white towels, huge television and a super comfy bed. Didn’t want to leave. Subway literally across the road. Takes about 25 minutes to a Times Square. Fantastic little bar up the hill, two shops in on the right. Food to die for. Staff really welcoming 5 stars doesn’t come anywhere near.

Magnifique séjour dans cet appartement qui paraît plus grand que sur les photos. Tout était propre et conforme, beaucoup de fournitures et de petits cadeaux. L’hôte est très réactif, le Check in est facile. Plein de restaurants, cafés, supérettes aux alentours. Metro tout proche, on est dans le centre en 20min. Je recommande totalement et reviendrai !

First, check-in and out was easy. Second, the location was great, and was in a area that was safe and uncomplicated when commuting to local stores and small restaurants near by. The inside was very clean and offered considerable amenities. Lastly, the bed was comfortable, and indoor heater made it cozy. Eventhough it was a little too chilly for us Foridians to utilize the patio, it was a nice add-on. Overall, it was a great stay, and I would definitely book this location again whenever I plan on visiting NY.

We had a wonderful stay. It was so nice to come back to at the end of a busy day in the city. The amenities were wonderful. Everything was so clean and comfortable. It was very nice to be able to unpack and have space for our luggage. Didn’t feel cramped at all. Highly recommend!

Prima schoon appartement, we stonden voor een dichte deur omdat de code niet correct was maar naar 1 belletje was niet snel opgelost met de Host. Ligging dicht bij de Metro wat fijn is. Alleen als je wat later op de avond naar je appartement gaat kan het wat onveilig aanvoelen.

Perfect for our needs! Clean, comfortable and well stocked. We were surprised by little touches like sealed packets with toothbrush/toothpaste and a brush/comb combo. The back patio is lovely and a perfect place to have a little breakfast in the morning. Easy street parking and good food within a short walk. We would certainly stay again!

We loved our stay in this wonderful apartment! It was very clean and had everything we needed. They even included lots of thoughtful things that made our stay even better! And it was so easy to communicate with our host. She answered so fast! We really liked the location too. Lots of little markets and food right there,and it was so close to the subway (just a few minutes walk). We could jump on the subway and get to the Bronx for Yankees games easily, and then the next day get on the subway and head in to Manhattan. For our 1st time to New York it was the most wonderful experience!

I’ve never had a VRBO that is as well equipped. They have thought of everything! The space is clean and well appointed. Really enjoyed the outdoor space. Only thing was the TV in the bedroom wouldn’t stay connected to the wifi. In reality if there wasn’t a TV there it wouldn’t have been a big deal - but the frustration to try and get it to work was a thing. Pretend it isn’t there and it is 100%.

When looking into places to stay in NYC with my family for their first visit, I was very stressed about picking a safe and clean place. This home looked and sounded too good to be true. But, it was PERFECT in every way. The place is pristine! The outdoor patio is a huge bonus. The home has lots of storage and a great kitchen. They even gift a bottle of wine, but we are not drinkers. It was a very kind gesture. I have stayed downtown at The Edison many times but it was luckily sold this stay due to fashion week. After staying here, I will never stay anywhere else. The subway into Times Square is only a couple blocks away. We rented a car and never needed it. Parking is not impossible. We found a place right in front most days. However, past midnight it gets very full. We looked for over 20 minutes one time around 3AM and ended up using a parking garage. It was 30 for the night. The next morning, we discovered a cheaper location for around 10. You won’t need a rental car. Everything is within walking distance. Yankee stadium is down the street about a mile. We found tickets online for 15. Another mile away is a Target and massive shopping center full of food places. I use a walker/cane and it was a breeze getting around. Laundry is also available in the basement for 3 a load. So convenient! You must download an app and use a card. There are instructions on the wall as you walk into the laundry room. We will definitely be back!

The space was impeccably clean, comfortable, and a perfect home base for our visit. The subway is really close by, and the back patio is perfect for decompressing after a busy day. The fold out couch is really comfortable, and it was plenty of space for the four of us. The ac worked well, very important on a 90 degree August day.

We have stayed in New York City on a family trip for the past four years. This was the best stay yet. Set up was great and welcoming. We were late getting into town and had to meet someone for dinner. My wife forgot her toiletries bag in car and to our surprise there was a sealed toothbrush and toothpaste for our use. It was easy to get in and out! Wonderful experience.

Not Disappointed!

The apartment is great. Not too cramped, well thought out. It is always amazing to me to see how New Yorkers live. Most times their spaces are small so they have to be creative with storage, etc. This place showed that, the wardrobes were helpful to have, it gave all of us a place to store our things. There was a bottle of wine and some cold water which left for us. That was really nice. We usually come prepared to do a thorough cleaning, but the place was cleaned well. Such a plus! The owners were easy to contact and very helpful. We had a little trouble accessing the gated door. Loved the walkability of the neighborhood. We walked around the corner to Food Town for some snacks. Then to Devin’s Seafood for a quick bite. The area is quiet at night, the block itself is quiet as well, not too much traffic passing through. Definitely a winner! We will be looking to stay here during our next NY trip.
