“The room was clean and comfortable. However whenever we flushed the toilet, we had to lift the toilet top and fix it so that it would fill the tank. Also, the elevator was working correctly. It took 6 minutes for the doors to close and then it jerked the whole time it was going up and down. We said something to the front desk and their answer was...yeah, it does that...??!!”

“This could be a really great property with some updates and care. There were broken cabinets in my room, a broken air conditioner and some of the carpeting tack strips are getting thin meaning I could feel the sharp points at times. The staff members were nice although not always able to be helpful. Breakfast was disappointing, I skipped it completely on the last day of the trip and there were some homeless individuals spending time in the parking lot at one point. “This is an old property. You can tell that at one point it was an outright gem. Even so, it still has a lot of character and some great people working there. My first room wasn't the cleanest... I think the staff might have forgotten to finish up in the bathroom as another guest's clothes were hanging from the shower rod.
