“Our room had no soap in the shower or for the sink. There was no ice bucket. When I called the desk, she told me she couldn’t leave the desk. I went down and she found me some soap, but no ice bucket. Finally one of the floor attendants got us one. “Our room was dirty. although it was made the towels and sheets had stains and smears on them. our toilet paper was on its last few sheets and just overall dirty we were nervous about even going under the sheets when we slept but for convenience the stay wasn’t terrible just not cleanly”

“WHOEVER CLEANS THE PREMISES needs to be educated in how to clean the room. I cleaned the tub and bathroom before I would use it, it is still stained, a lot of grime came off but it is sanitized as well as the floor and flat surfaces.
