“The light in the bathroom was both broken casting only a dark orange light. You could not see to shave or do makeup. Upon turning on the shower spray would be onto the floor owing to the fact that the shower head was not tightly attached to the pipe. We immediately advise the front desk of the light issue and the leak. They advised that no repair could be made until the next day. “Appears to be a place where those addicted to meth stay. They say no smoking but I smelled smoking everyday. No one ever cleaned the room, broken furniture, no sitting area, view of a fake beach scene on a screen when lifted, view of the parking lot and expressway. “Arrived at 2:35 PM and there was no one at the front desk. A person in the lobby said check in is at 3:00 PM. Most hotels allow guests to check in prior to the stated time.
