“Changed our reservation from two queens to a king. Said that they were busy and that’s what happens. Waited an hour for a burger and a salad in bar dining area with lots of empty seats. When we gave up and started to leave the bartender yelled at us because “we’re busy!” ”

“The room was not the cleanest. The couch looks like it has bot been cleaned for a while. The floors could use good mopping. I understand its not a 5 star hotel but at least cleanliness is a big thing. I dont know who was sleeping on that bed, i dont know the person before me threw up on the couch. Those are all the things that goes on in my head when hotel rooms are dirty. I guess we should always ask our selves can we stay here if we were on thd other side. There were families next door that...
