I hope Hotels will provide a refund. The building is old and poorly cared. The rooms can't be closed (the lock is broken) and they are bare and dirty. The furniture is little and badly tanned. “To start with the positive, the staff at the reception was extremely friendly and helpful and the view is amazing. The property is well outdated and run down (1980s). The outdoor hallway is a desaster area. There are no restaurants, coffees, shops etc. open in the evening which would typically be the arrival time The hotel next door is the most unfriendly place I have ever come across..... they do not serve Highland Club Residents and therefore there is nothing you can get to eat within 45!...
