“Spacious room with modern decor, comfortable beds and spectacular view of the city, river and boats. We had breakfast at the Factory and it was excellent. The portions were huge, the food was delicious and the server was outstanding. Front desk staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about the surrounding area. “Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“Corner suite with river view was awesome! There was a baseball game and you can see the stadium. Very happy with the stay would definitely come back! Very convenient location since we were going to show at Byham theater was able to walk everywhere for food and drinks. Lots of good options nearby.”

“Rooms are clean and it is supereasy to get to the convention center. Negatives: 1. Slow service, had to call multiple times on one occasion to get water bottles 2. Billing was fraudulent, breakfast was included in room costs but on the final bill charged separately 3. Post visit customer service is unsatisfactory, nobody picks up the call if you have a billing question Based on the amount of charges, poor services and older state of the property, it was not worth the amount I paid”
