“Historic building with spacious rooms. Amazing hall. Maybe too expensive the valet parking but the attendant inform correctly that a public parking is close to the hotel. The position is fantastic: close to everything but easy to get from highway. Nothing else to write, I’m happy to have been to this great hotel!”

“The hotel was very nice, excellent location, clean, and the beds were very comfy. The parking lot was very easy to use, and had plenty of spots available. The parking fee was quite expensive but understandable. The breakfast was great! Highly recommending this hotel and all Hyatt hotels to be honest.”

The front desk staff, especially the front desk supervisor Tanesha Francis, was amazing, incredibly kind & helpful. I have some special mobility needs & Tanesha went above & beyond in assisting my husband & I in getting the type of room I needed. The room was impeccably clean. Also, the staff in the bar area were great, the deserts were delicious. And the valet on for the weekend was also so helpful. Really...
