“Staff slow and/or not enough of them! Breakfast food meh! Hot tub not working! ”

“The free breakfast was only coffee and the non-smoking room smelled like smoke. Otherwise I knew what I was paying for:-/”

“Room was fine. Breakfast was a trainwreck. We stayed 2 nights and there was zero coffee in the morning. One day is an accident- two days is a choice. The sausage and eggs at the breakfast were super cold- they had no way to keep them warm. Maybe don’t advertise a free breakfast if you can’t make it happen? ”

“Still has not refunded me 25 dollar security deposit.”

“It is ran very bad and made me and my family wait until like 1045 pm to check in when we got there around 345”

“If you are on the brink of bankruptcy but you still want to come visit the usaf museum, this is the place for you. There was no house keeping , no hair dryer, and no shampoo, the wall is so thin I heard the fart sound from next room. Like the old saying, you get what you pay for.”

“Only 1elevator that functions and we were on the 12th floor. Parking pass rarely works so in/outs from parking garage are extra time. Cement slab floor is cold and makes noise travel. Rooms were super clean and new. Beds and linens comfy. This hotel is all online-no front desk- keep in mind if you need anything.”

“Asking front desk if they have coffee and they ask if you are a guest there not my type of customer service ”

“Rooms are smaller than pictured. Deceptive location to ballpark. Extremely disappointed with food and drinks in restaurant. Stayed two out of 4 planned nights. Found another hotel. Lots of shouting in halls when people come home from games and partying. ”

“Hotel was nice overall. Only complaints Is there’s a lot of pot smoking going on outside and I’m sure inside as well I smelled it the entire time. Also our room had no toilet paper at all nor backup rolls. But other than that it was a nice stay. ”

“The room was not clean and had an unpleasant odor upon arrival. The hallway on the first day also smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and sewage, which made for an uncomfortable experience. The bathroom was dirty, there were no towels provided, and the Keurig machine was not working. On a positive note, the valet service was excellent—very friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the stay.”
