“Not hoid”

“We stayed four days to attend a family reunion. We have stayed there in previous years and were satisfied. This hotel has gone downhill as far as cleanliness and maintenance. It took three days to receive maid service. The breakfast buffet was ok but sporadic.”

“The room smelled of damp mold (that I could smell through the CPAP I was wearing) & there were small bugs flying around the room bothering us.”

Check in is through a kiosk, parking is across the street (you have to take two skyways to walk from parking garage to hotel), everything is done via QR codes (parking, hotel entrance, room key). Currently under renovation, and my room was renovated, but still extremely basic (especially for the price). Not even a desk or computer chair to sit at for work. “Nice clean hotel great breakfast”

“People milling around the parking lot. Weed smell. Trashy outside. Inside is not clean and in poor condition. People just hanging out everywhere. Room was dirty, smelled like cigarrette smoke, very warm. Air conditioner did not work.”

“This was a completely adequate place for my stay. Nothing special. Very clean. Carpets near elevator are quite worn and dirty. Breakfast was not much to write about but the sausage and eggs were fresh and hot. The biscuits looked extremely dry.”

“Room is meticulously clean. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was good. Parking was $5 on site. When I wanted to use the fitness room in the morning it was locked for some reason. Other than that a good experience all around.”

“Bed felt like sleeping on rocks. Every once in awhile you should invest in pillows. I had to go home and get mine because the hotel pillows was so flat and used. Tv was clinging on for dear life by one screw. Dirt and dust all over on the lamps above bed. ”
