Hotel vicino a Hills & Dales MetroPark - Dayton

“Not up to this group's usual standard. An old and loud AC unit was the most negative part of the stay. Staff were not rude but certainly not welcoming. We had to ask about breakfast times and other amenities - the answers were perfunctory. I was not welcomed as a Bonvoy member. Breakfast service was spotty - I ordered a breakfast burrito and received a sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich. As the only customer at the time, this was not someone else's order. None of these things by themselves...

“The property is full Of mold in the windows tubs shower stalls…shower floors were slimy has to place 4 towels in the shower floor to feel just a little comfortable getting in there for a shower”

“I booked this trip through Expedia and paid for it beforehand. The hotel ended up triple charging me the deposit (which I ended up getting back.) But they also charged me for the stay as well. Ive emailed and submitted screenshots of the double payments, bank statements, etc, and still have not gotten my refund. This was in April, and its now end of June. Will never stay here again. Be weary booking this place through Expedia. First time Ive ever had this issue, so Im thankful. But still...

“The staff was friendly and helpful, but the room was less than amazing. There was mold on the bathroom ceiling, and the sink handles were loose and hard to turn off. If you turned it too far, the water would turn back on. It was a good location.”

“Booked this room online, couldn't even stay in the room. Went to a different hotel. When I went to look over the room after checking in: the room was dirty, the air conditioner didn't work and there was a funny smell through the whole hotel. Was told they'd clean the room and get the air conditioner working before I got back a couple of hours later. Went and found another place to stay, when I came back to return keys and cancel my stay, they still hadn't cleaned the room and the air...

“The rug in the room was dirty. The whole building moved when people went up and down stairs or walked across the hallway floors. There was divots under the rug by the sink. And to top it off someone had peed in the elevator and staff didn’t seem inclined to clean it up.”

“I'm shocked Motel 6 has their name on this hotel. Room looks like it was from the 70's and nothing has been done to it since then. The only thing I can say positive about it is that it was cheap”

“DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! Got there and brought all of our bags in and as I’m bringing last bag my Fiance tells me we can’t stay here. When I asked why she said they just had a roach crawling on our baby (6months). We left immediately (no one was at counter to even checkout). We ended up staying at the Hampton inn in Xenia! DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE!”

“Left for the day and came back to my bed not changed nor fresh towels were brought. I had to go and get sheets for my bed and towels for my room. Then was questioned, "why I didn't call earlier that morning to report it?" "Well, mama, I have been here since this morning and just got back."”
