“Sign by dining room listed its hours of operation for all 3 daily meals, but when we came by for dinner well within the listed time frame, there was literally nobody around anywhere. There was no indication that it might only be certain days or by reservation only, in fact it's listed as a full public restaurant on their website, with public menu visible, we'd even planned what we wanted to order. And it was a Friday night, so even if they were only open some days, surely they'd be open for...

“Found garbage in the fridge a bug in our tub and the fire place barley even work flam was so low couldnt even see it and it was noisy in the morning alot of slamming doors”

“We asked the front desk clerk why there is no hot tub (spa) when advertised on their website. She said they don't advertised hot tub when we can clearly see pictures and written in black and white it on their website. We figure out after that the hot tub was there but not functionnal and they cover it with a sheet of plywood. The front desk clerk had a frustrated and rude tone when she answered us instead of just saying : sorry, the hot tub is not functionnal...”

“We stayed near the airport due to weather issues. The hotel was fine, nothing spectacular, exactly what we needed from an airport hotel. The staff were excellent. And it was so nice when we arrived really late and there was a shelf where we could buy snacks. The waterslide was a big hit the next morning. Based on her reports, it was an amazing waterslide. ”
