“Most of the staff had an angry response when asked a question or for a service the hotel check in and check out was wonderful the casino was beautiful I had a very good vacation except for the housecleaning and valet and most floor staff maybe they just need a quick update on customer service we will be back to visit again hopefully the staff won't be so angry food was great too”

“The structure has been completely renovated since my last visit, improving both the general appearance and the services. The numerous bars operating within the structure were wonderful and very high quality, despite having a room that overlooked the swimming pool where music entertained guests, the room was pleasantly soundproofed and the light background music did not disturb at all.
The bar inside my room was really great!!!”
