This Palmetto Dunes Villa, 103 Windsor Place, is the perfect place for a family vacation, golf retreat or a girlfriend’s getaway! It is located on the first floor, with views of the landscaped gardens, pond with a fountain, and partial ocean views.

When entering the newly redecorated villa, to the right is a spacious dining area which has a farmhouse table for 8. To the side is a small coffee bar. The fully equipped kitchen features beautiful custom cabinetry, a large wraparound granite countertop, stainless steel appliances, and a breakfast bar with three additional seats. Inside the kitchen nook there is a wine fridge, a round table that seats 4 and behind the sliding blue barn door is all of your dishware. The living room offers guests plenty of space for lounging on the blue rattan couch, tan rattan couch or either of the accent chairs. It has a 60" Smart TV with Blu-Ray player and a basket full of books and puzzles for your family entertainment. The main living area opens to a sprawling balcony that contains a table that seats 4, a patio couch and 2 cushioned chairs and overlooks a tranquil turtle pond.

From the front entry, a hallway on the left leads to all the bedrooms and the laundry room. The first bedroom has two custom built twin bunk beds, with a 40" Smart TV, and a private bath with a single vanity and walk-in shower with rain shower head. Next down the hall on the right is a fully equipped laundry room. Further down the hall is the first of the 3 king bedrooms. These bedrooms are all carpeted. The first has a king bed, accent chair, bench and 50” TV. There is access to the outside balcony from this room. This room has a private bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower. The next room has a king bed and 40” TV with a private bathroom that has a single vanity and walk-in shower. The last room on the right has a king bed, two accent chairs, a 48” TV and access to the balcony. The private bath is behind a sliding barn door and has double vanities, a large soaking tub and walk-in shower.

103 Windsor Place has great views and plenty of space inside and outside on the balcony. Guests will enjoy relaxing in one of the sitting areas or gathering around one of the three dining tables at dinner time or to play board games. Your family will enjoy being steps from the beach and pool in this villa. There is immediate access to bike trails, bike and kayak rentals and all the amenities Palmetto Dunes has to offer.

The Windsor Place complex is located oceanfront in the famous Palmetto Dunes Plantation. It has two large oceanfront pools (heated seasonally) and hot tub as well as a large sundeck, poolside restrooms, showers and covered pavilion with gas grilling area. One pool is great for children with a graduated entry and mushroom shaped waterfall (opposite end of pool is 4` 6"). Windsor also has elevator access and a covered parking garage. This complex has privately owned villas located oceanfront with great views of the ocean, pool or lagoon from any floor.
