Perfect location

Its tough to beat this location on the entire island. Minutes from the beach, overlooking the lagoon, and a quick bike ride to the rest of Palmetto Dunes. Wonderful stay!

Fun Family Week

We had a great time at this property. Kids loved the pool and the dock...especially observing wildlife right in the backyard! Games and floats provided were great. Close to beach (walking distance) as well. Thank you!

Beautiful peaceful rental

Peaceful location, 13 min walk or 4 min bike ride to the beach. The beds are comfortable and there is plenty of common space to spread out. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and we loved spending time in the screened in porch. The only opportunity for improvement is the kitchen; the refrigerator is small and there weren’t some tools I would have expected (wine opener, can opener). Overall I would recommend this beautiful property, my family and I had a wonderful stay.

This house has the basics but nothing extra. The kitchen was very stocked but was missing various basic items and/or just needed a refresh. The beds were terrible. We swapped beds with our kids to try to get everyone comfortable so we tried our best but the two secondary bedroom beds were just so uncomfortable. This house had the basics but nothing that really made it cozy and comfortable. The communication of the company was great as we had our refrigerator break and they came out right away.

Pool was very dirty and not filtering

The house proximity to the beach, restaurants, and activities was great and we enjoyed our stay in Hilton Head. The inside of the house was clean but the outside decks and pool needed a lot of work. I had to call management 2x for the pool as it was very dirty and not filtering properly. We were unable to use the pool for almost 3 days. Also the back deck area could use a power wash. I found myself cleaning it daily. Overall the house was ok. Management was responsive but seemed to have trouble with the pool companies doing it’s cleaning.

Family Vacation w/ Adult kids

Spacious rental home in a quiet neighborhood on Hilton Head. Lots of room for family to spread out allowing time together & private time. Kitchen well stocked with dishes & cookware, nice shaded deck with grill. 5 min walk to beach, easy bike (on paths) to shops/restaurants
