L'unica cosa più sorprendente di questa oasi di fronte al mare a 3 piani, sono le ampie vedute sull'oceano che offre. Questa casa della North Forest Beach ha avuto un "lifting" nel 2018 con nuovi arredi, vernice, accessori e altro ancora attentamente selezionati. Al piano uno la cucina sovradimensionata è aperta ad una combinazione sala da pranzo e camera familiare. Al di fuori di lì un affascinante cortile costiero vi aspetta con * piscina riscaldata, vasca idromassaggio, zona pranzo all'aperto, palme torreggianti e splendide viste sull'Oceano Atlantico. Al piano due troverete un altro spazio abitativo con finestre dal pavimento al soffitto che si affacciano sull'oceano. Al terzo piano c'è un re padrone di fronte all'oceano con bagno privato. E tutti e tre i piani di osservazione dell'oceano sono facilmente accessibili da un ascensore. Benvenuti nella casa dei sogni dell'isola!

This house is perfect for a large family! The 6 bedrooms each with their own bath is perfect and the half bath on the first floor makes it convenient when you’re swimming in the pool.The beach is beautiful and so clean, I’ve never ridden bikes on the beach, it is fun!The elevator was so great, we had my mom with us who is in her 80’s, she had no trouble getting up to her bedroom with the elevator, it was fast and convenient.This is a great house in the perfect location, we would definitely stay here again!

Excellent Property and Host

I would highly recommend staying at this home. The host was very easy to communicate with and answered all our needs in a timely manner. The house is very spacious with two living spaces, a well-stocked kitchen, and spacious bedrooms for all guests. The quiet beach area is just a few short steps from the pool area.

Great home for a family vacation

We had a great visit to Hilton Head. The house was very large with plenty of room for everyone to hang out in the common spaces. We appreciated that each bedroom had its own full bathroom. The walk to the ocean was easy and the views from the house were beautiful. The kitchen was well equipped so we could easily cook for the whole family. A great property - - definitely recommend.

Great Stay - North Forest Beach Hilton Head

Whole Family from ages 2 to 83 loved the house, beach, pool, and location. North Forest Beach is a great place to dump the car and go with golf carts. Restaurants, shopping, and activities are are easily accessible!

Great Oceanfront House

What a beautiful house. We had a great time at the property and would definitely recommend it. We had a problem with one of the AC units, which made for a very hot night on the third floor. I placed a call first thing in the morning, and the management team immediately addressed it. Fixed within a few hours. Extremely friendly and accommodating. The only negative issue was that one of the king bedrooms on the 2nd floor was always warm. It appears the bedroom did not have any AC vents in the floor or ceiling. The only vent for this room was a small vent in the bathroom and closet. It just wasn't enough to cool the room. To be fair we did not report this to the owner as the couple staying in the room had to leave after the second night. The room wasn't occupied for the rest of the week. Other than that, the second laundry room was locked off and could not be used. We realize maintenance issues happen and the laundry room off the kitchen worked out fine. The elevator is a lifesaver. The house location is fantastic, and the pool and grill area are great. Plenty of beach towels are provided. The beach access is shared with the house next door. I would definitely come back and would highly recommend it.

Family Time

We had a wonderful family vacation with 3 generations in this beautiful, well appointed home! We enjoyed being in the house together, but we also appreciated having our own rooms and bathrooms at the end of the day. The property manager was easy to work with and responded within the hour when we called about a couple minor issues, which he immediately addressed. It was a treat to be right on the water, we walked the beach multiple times a day. We also had lots of good times hanging out at the private pool and hot tub, spending time together as a family.

Beautiful vacation home

The house is nicely decorated with comfortable furniture. Very clean and spacious but also quiet between floors. Nice pool area with great seating and a quick hop to the beach. Quick bike ride to Coligny for ice cream, shopping and eating. Nice little yard. We were very impressed with the accommodations and all the extras provided in the kitchen. The Vacation Company made directions and all contact super easy. Our only concern was the parking area was not clear. We had more than enough room for our 3 cars but if our entire party had come as planned, we weren’t sure where we could park in the area. I would highly recommend this home. We are remodeling our beach house this summer so we won’t be needing it again but if we did, I would stay at this home again and again. The photos and listing are true to the listing.

Best vacation ever

Our family of 7 booked this house and had the best vacation we have ever had together. The only criticism and it isn't much of one, is that the doors from the living room to the patio were out of service. The property was very nice and clean. The beach was close and the pool and hot tub were great. Plenty of room for everyone. This house was great.

70th Birthday Was almost perfect

The property was very nice except for the third floor which included the master suite. A very strong mildew/mold odor hit you half way up the stairs and was worse in the master and master bath and closet. There was only a very TINY 4drawer chest for clothing in the master. I had to live out of the suitcase. In the kitchen, the lower oven of the double oven was broken. There were two dishwashers but one was broken. The under-counter ice machine in the laundry room was not working properly. The property managers responded quickly and got the ice maker working but the oven and dishwasher could not be fixed for our time there. Overall we had a good time but I would not rent this particular house again.

Amazing Family Vacation

This property was perfect for our family vacation! The swimming pool, beach access, bedrooms with their own bathrooms, elevator for luggage, well-appointed kitchen, two living areas, bikes, champagne for my parent’s anniversary….the list goes on! There were 8 adults, 4 teens and a 4 year old in our group, and every single one of us fell in love with this house. We hope to come back next year!

A Beautiful Week

Check in was simple and the house was clean upon arrival. The house was beautiful with plenty of room for 12 and was well provisioned. The pool was cleaned and was very popular with everyone. A short walk to the beach over a short dune allowed for easy beach access. The beach was beautiful and while busy was much less crowded than the beach in front of the hotels. There were great views of the beach from the 2nd and 3rd floors. The master bedroom was spacious and well appointed. Overall a great week for the family vacation.

Wonderful Home

Loved the layout, especially the kitchen on the lower level with easy access to the pool and grill area. Rooms were comfortable and well appointed. Elevator is key for delivery of suitcases to upper levels. We had a wonderful stay and are looking forward to returning next year.

Family vacation

great house for a family vacation. Our family vacation with adult children couldn't have been better. 6 bedrooms with bathroom made everyone comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed eating in most nights. Spent afternoons and evenings escaping heat at the beach by relaxing in private pool and hottub. Would definitely book here again!
