  • Godetevi la nostra villa con 2 camere da letto con una splendida vista del fairway 11 e 17 del famoso campo da golf George Fazio dal ponte ampliato. Palmetto Dunes accesso alla spiaggia di Disney Beach House è a 3 minuti in auto o 15 minuti a piedi e il parcheggio è disponibile. Palmetto Dunes accesso alla spiaggia di Dunes House è a 5 minuti di auto con parcheggio disponibile. La villa si trova a 500 piedi dalla piscina di acqua salata con piscina per bambini e solarium per la pesca in laguna. C'è un molo per l'accesso in kayak al sistema lagunare di 11 miglia. Adiacente all'area della piscina ci sono tre nuovi campi da tennis che sono gratuiti per gli ospiti. Inverness è una delle sole proprietà di Palmetto Dunes con i suoi campi da tennis.
    Al centro di Palmetto Dunes c'è Shelter Cove, un quartiere sul lungomare che offre una cucina raffinata e molti negozi. Il trasporto stagionale gratuito è fornito dal Palmetto "Dunes Buggy" che verrà a prendervi alla villa e vi porterà in qualsiasi luogo all'interno di Palmetto Dunes e Shelter Cove Harbour.

    La nostra villa è dotata di Wi-Fi ad alta velocità e TV HD nelle due camere da letto e nel soggiorno. La villa dispone di aria condizionata centralizzata con ventilatori a soffitto in entrambe le camere per un maggiore comfort e 7 posti letto con divano letto. Soggiorno ha videoregistratore, lettore DVD, lettore CD e telefono. Il piano di sotto ha una cucina completamente attrezzata con ripiani in granito. C'è una lavastoviglie, forno a microonde, caffettiera, pentole e utensili. Inoltre, c'è una nuovissima lavatrice e asciugatrice Maytag Bravos. La sala da pranzo ha posti a sedere per sei. La camera da letto al primo piano ha un letto completo con materasso nuovo e un letto singolo.
    Inoltre c'è un bagno completo al primo piano con vasca / doccia. Secondo piano ha camera da letto principale con un letto king size e bagno completo con doppio lavandino.
    Lenzuola e asciugamani sono forniti.

Enjoyed our stay in Inverness Village

We will be back to stay in this spacious condo with well stocked kitchen, comfy beds, and great views. We got a lot of use out of the conveniently located pool and tennis courts. It was a nice addition to have beach chairs that we could use and not have to bring our own when we spent our afternoons on the sand. The owners are very communicative and pleasant to work with.

Another great stay

This was our second stay at this property, and was just as great as the first. The villa is really well located and is very comfortable and well maintained. It has everythging that you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Communication with Lisa was great. All of our emails were replied to promptly with the requested information. we highly recommend this property.

a wonderful stay at this property

We really enjoyed our 3 week stay. The unit was as per the pictures, well equipped and very comfortable. It has a great view across the fairway of the golf course from the patio/deck. Communication with the host was great. We had a couple of minor issues during our stay but both were quickly and efficiently dealt with. So not surprising that we have already booked again for next year!

Great Stay

This condo was perfect for our girls trip. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was great! The location was quiet with a beautiful view of the golf course and only a short walk to the pool. We did use the Dunes Buggy Shuttle and they were always on time and very nice. The owner was easy to reach and communication before our arrival was clear. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks, Lisa!

Bright and clean villa

My family enjoyed our stay on Hilton Head Island. The Villa was very nice and clean just as listed. Kitchen was stocked nicely. The community had great options for restaurants and beaches, all within walking or bike riding distance.

Nicest in Inverness

We’ve stayed at 5 properties in Inverness and this was the nicest. Well stocked. Clean. Great size. Owner communication was great. I would definitely return.

Nice Trip

We had a nice trip and the Owners/Property Managers are very responsive and quick to answer. We normally stay in Coligny and this year we decided to stay in Palmetto Dunes. The location is beautiful but a little further out than we prefer. Loved having the buggy transportation.

Great Villa and great stay

This villa is perfect! It is very clean and well stocked. Lisa was so easy to communicate with prior to and during our stay. We had a great time watching the golfers in the morning while eating our breakfast out on the deck. We rented bikes and rode around at least three times a day. The trees throughout the complex kept us cool even on the hottest days. The beach access is about a mile from the villa. There is not a lot of parking there so if you plan to walk either do not bring a lot of stuff or have a wheeled cart/wagon. I forgot mine so I would drive up and unload everyone/thing, then ride my bike back to the beach which was fine. The beach access is at Disney so there are life guards on the beach which was nice. The pool is very nice. Lots of chairs and chaises and very clean- it's very close to the villa so we just walked there. I would highly recommend this villa!

Wonderful stay in a lovely villa

The villa was spacious, beautiful decorated, can walk or bike to the beach, contained all the amenities we needed, great central location, close to everything and beautiful. Walking, biking, fishing, tennis and golf. The back deck golf views are breathtaking. It is clean, crisp air and nice people everywhere. It is a wonderful and relax stay. Lisa is great for response very quickly on our questions and provide everything we need. We will definitely come back.

Great Stay!

My wife and I are empty nesters and were visiting HHI for the first time, and we couldn't have been more pleased with the villa and the Palmetto Dunes resort in which it sits. We really enjoyed sitting on the deck overlooking the golf course and canal as well as riding our bikes in the resort. We also took advantage of the tennis, pickleball, pool, and beach which were all within a short bike ride. The villa was clean, nicely maintained, and plenty big enough for the both of us. The owners were also very responsive for any questions that we had. We are looking forward to another stay in the near future!

Outstanding getaway

This is a an extremely spacious and comfortable location. Well appointed with all the amenities I wanted - a stocked kitchen, washer dryer, dishwasher, large shower, and a deck with a view. There is no shortage of restaurants nearby or grocery if you prefer to eat in. Did I mention the stocked kitchen? Don't fret about finding a pan, pot, utensil, baking dish or storage container for whatever your needs are. Grilling?. Electric grill outside on the deck. When you plug it in you might need to reset the GFCI on the cord but it works great. The beach is about a 15 minute walk. The deck faces the tee off drop zone for the 11th hole of the Fazio golf course. It was entertaining to watch and analyze the player's shots while we sat out there. We had a very relaxing time and this unit was the perfect place to come back to.

Lovely condo with great golf course views. Easy check in, unit was super clean

Loved the location of the property and the condition. Owners were great. Kitchen was well equipped, The pool was very close by, but overall we loved that we could take a 3 min drive and park right at the beach for simple access. We loved our stay!!
