Goditi una favolosa vacanza in questo lussuoso Barrington Court! Questa villa fronte oceano ristrutturata con 2 camere da letto e 2 bagni si trova al 2 ° piano di Palmetto Dunes. Lo spazio abitativo aperto e un balcone privato offrono una vista sull'oceano fenomenale. Immagina di gustare una tazza di caffè al mattino e un cocktail alla sera! La cucina aggiornata ha nuovi armadi, ripiani in granito ed elettrodomestici inossidabile. Il bar per la colazione può ospitare 2 con 6 posti aggiuntivi al tavolo da pranzo in vetro. Il soggiorno di ispirazione costiera contiene nuovi mobili, tra cui un divano letto queen-size e una grande TV a schermo piatto.

Godrete di una tranquilla vista sull'oceano dalla camera da letto matrimoniale, con accesso al balcone. Il bagno principale dispone di una cabina doccia di grandi dimensioni con piastrelle meravigliose. Le 2 vanità separate hanno entrambi i contatori di granito. La camera degli ospiti ha anche una vista panoramica sull'oceano ed è dotata di 1 letto matrimoniale e 1 divano letto doppio. La camera degli ospiti condivide l'accesso con il bagno della hall completo contenente una grande combinazione vasca / doccia da giardino e un bancone in granito. Una grande comunità * piscina riscaldata, centro benessere e padiglione sulla spiaggia sono circondati da giardini lussureggianti con lagune tortuose. Una passerella conduce dal ponte della piscina alla splendida spiaggia.

Perfect place! East access to the beach and the pool. Enough room for a small family. Love the pocket doors separating the pther bedroom and bathroom. Very clean.

We had the best week on HHI! The condo was perfect for the 4 of us. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The beds were so comfy with lots of storage and closets. You had a view of the ocean from every room. The balcony was a favorite for coffee in the morning or cocktails in the evening. It was nice and shady all day long. There were fans in the closet if you needed those but the AC worked so well we really didn’t need them. The showers were great with lots of hot water and water pressure. My husband said it’s the best place we’ve ever stayed and we travel a lot. Thank you so much for sharing your vacation home with us!

Beautiful View

What a relaxing and beautiful view. The condo is exactly as described and more. We enjoyed our time together, It was a perfect location! The owner went above and beyond to meet our needs with an unexpected change in plans. Cannot thank them enough for their compassion. Highly recommend staying in this condo.

Great Option in Palmetto Dunes

We stayed for 3 nights in July 2024 and thoroughly enjoyed it. Condo was very clean upon arrival and felt fresh and updated inside. Communication with the property management company was good and when we had to call for clarification about parking pass, the person we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Only slight wrinkle was that the pool/beach gate code that was provided did not work, but there was a beach access path right next the condo building that was convenient, so it wasn't a big deal. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this condo and/or rent another property managed by the Vacation Company.

Surprises

The property was at first what we expected: clean and nicely located. However, the pool was closed without warning. This was a major disappointment. A pipe broke in the unit above ours and it flooded our bathroom and hallway. We were moved to another unit for the remainder of our stay which was appropriate given the damage in the bathroom. Once this unit is repaired, I am sure it will be a lovely place to stay again.

Wonderful place to vacation!

Easy communication, property was clean, beds were comfortable, easy walk to the beach, fast elevator, parking garage was great, very safe place, close to restaurants, and nice bathrooms. The only thing I’d add would be ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The dryer seemed to take a few cycles to dry clothes.

Fall Break Stay - September 2022

Overall it was pretty good. The washing machine was very noisy and given that it's a beach rental, it does get used a lot. Also the master bathroom fan is extremely loud and so we couldn't use it. The master bath toilet also wasn't clean when we checked in. We didn't bother to say anything however. Thanks

Everything was perfect.

The condo was very clean and the Barrington property was gorgeous. The decor and furnishings were very comfortable and nicely updated with just the right touch of beach aesthetic. The beach/ocean view was so nice and the unit was very close to the pool and the beach. Property management was amazing. I went to the wrong unit (my mistake not theirs) even though all correspondence was clearly marked with the correct unit number. The property management responded to my call immediately and was exceptionally helpful, polite, and kind. My husband and I stayed in the room with the king bed and we were very comfortable. Our teen daughter and her friend stayed in the other room with the daybed and the queen bed and they were also very happy with the space. It is also very nice that the two bedrooms are on opposite sides of the condo and each has it’s own bathroom. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Condo

We loved this condo. The Iocation at Palmetto Dunes was wonderful and the views were beautiful. The condo was newly remodeled and pretty. The design was nice and comfortable. The furnishings tasteful and relaxing. Kitchen is small but perfectly workable. We had covered parking and private gate to beach right next to garage so we just kept all the beach gear in the car! Loved it!

Small and Cramped

We love HHI, stayed in various beachfront properties in Palmetto Dunes about 15 times in the last 25 years. We reserved this place in early 2021 for summer 2021; there wasn't much supply left and, because of schedules, we didn't have much flexibility and basically had to settle on this place. It's pretty small and cramped. It would be almost impossible for 7 people to stay here, despite the description. We were cramped with just 4 adults. Second guest room is really, really small, we've never seen a place marketed (and priced) as a premium property with such a small second bedroom. "Day bed" would only work OK for children. The living area includes a humungous dining room table with chairs that weigh about 25 lbs each, hard to move around. The TV area includes a coffee table that takes up the entire open space, way too big for the space. Makes it hard to access the couch/chairs, as well as the balcony. There is no pantry! All of the groceries we bought had to be placed on countertops. The dimmer switch above the dining room table doesn't work - we played cards and board games in blazing white light, would have been good if we could have dimmed the lights. The TVs are old style, not smart TVs - there are 7 remotes among the three TVs, we had to relearn how to switch from various inputs, e.g., STB (set top box). ROKU worked OK. Shower in primary bedroom is nice and updated. However, bathroom lights flicker, tried to swap bulbs, still flickered. Even with all of the other complaints, the biggest issue is the primary bedroom king-sized bed - it's a nice size but either the mattress cover or the mattress itself is ridiculously lumpy. There is a small mountain that separates the left side of the bed from the right. No cuddling permitted with the lump, not sure how anyone would think this is OK. Wooden shades in bedrooms and living room are very nice, block out the sun. Closet in primary bedroom has a broken handle. Unlike practically every condo building up and down the Palmetto Dunes coast, there is no pool behind this complex. If you want to swim, you have to head over to the next complex. We like the ocean but for families with small kids, it could be complicated to swim at a pool.
