2412 Windsor II - Enjoy views of the gardens, pool, and Atlantic Ocean from this spacious, open floor plan, 2-bedroom, 2-bath, 4th floor corner villa that is tastefully decorated with beach décor giving you that beach vacation feel you desire.

There are beige tiled floors and light gray walls in the main living area. The dining room has a high-top wood table with four chairs and a bench seat. Off to the right is the kitchen featuring granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and three cushioned chairs at the breakfast bar. There are white cabinets on top and a beautiful blue for the bottom cabinets. In the back of the kitchen is the laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer.

The comfortable living room features a gray queen sleeper sofa, gray oversized armchair with ottoman, two blue armchairs, a mounted 82” Samsung TV with soundbar, and a wine fridge. The TV cabinet has lots of games and puzzles for your family entertainment. The sliding door opens to a covered balcony with a table for four and a love seat with coffee table.

Off the living room is the master suite featuring wood floors, light blue walls, a king bed with upholstered headboard, an accent chair, walk-in closet, and a mounted 55” TV. The master bath was completely remodeled & features double granite vanities, a frameless tempered glass marble shower enclosure, and a separate jetted tub.

Off the kitchen is a hall bathroom with a single granite vanity and a large walk-in tiled shower. At the end of the hall is the guest bedroom featuring two twin beds decorated in Navy, yellow, and white. This room has a mounted 55” Roku TV and access to the balcony shared with the living room.

Windsor II complex is located on the beach in the gated community of Palmetto Dunes. Windsor has two oceanfront pools, one with a graduated entry for children, gas grilling area, hot tub, and children`s pool.
