Welcome to 3206 Windsor Court South, a 2nd floor villa offering stunning views of the landscaped grounds, sparkling pool, peaceful lagoon, and the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Step into a bright and spacious living area featuring plush carpeting, ample seating, a 55" Roku TV, and a wall of windows that fills the space with natural light. The living room also opens to a private balcony, perfect for enjoying ocean breezes and morning coffee. A Queen Sleeper sofa provides additional space for guests.

The fully equipped kitchen features granite countertops and travertine tile, extending through the entry, kitchen, and dining areas. Gather around the dining table with seating for six and enjoy the open-concept design that makes entertaining a breeze.

The master suite offers a king bed, 32" TV, and a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The guest bedroom is located on the opposite side of the villa for added privacy and features two twin beds, a 20" TV, and a private bath with a jetted tub and shower combination.

With its ideal layout, and spectacular views, this villa provides the perfect setting for a relaxing beach getaway.

Enjoy all that Windsor Court complex has to offer with large pool and kiddie pool, reading deck, BBQ grilling area with dining tables, play area, boardwalk to ocean and more. Or enjoy nearby golf courses, kayak and canoe rentals and dining and shopping galore. A Palmetto Dunes shuttle operates during the peak season.

Beach Week

Property was exactly as expected from photos and description. Property manager called after 24 and 72 hours to verify everything was going well and see if there were any problems with the property that needed attention. No problems at all, just a wonderful relaxing week.

Pristine Property

We had a very pleasant stay at Windsor Court South May 2-6. The entire property was pristine. The pool, the hallways, stairways and parking garage were the most clean I've seen in a long time. The property maintenance team was always working and you can tell they take pride in their work. Lovely location, nice people and perfect weather. Will be booking again.
