# 45 Ocean Club OCEAN FRONT Ground Unit Unit -Nuovo noleggio

Diretto Ocean Front condominio situato su molto ricercato South Forest Beach. Questa unità al piano terra si trova con una vista diretta sull'oceano, un facile accesso alla passerella (a meno di 10 piedi dal patio) e 100 piedi dalla spiaggia e dalla nuova piscina riscaldata. Non ci sono scale che lo rendono molto facile per le famiglie con bambini piccoli per le persone che hanno difficoltà con le scale. Il prato di fronte all'oceano, il tavolo da giardino per 6 persone e le sedie da capitano offrono la perfetta area esterna ideale per grigliate o giochi come il buco di mais (in dotazione). I lavori di ristrutturazione appena completati includono nuovi pavimenti, aggiornamenti del bagno, elettronica e mobili. Sedie a sdraio / carrello, giochi e un ombrellone sono forniti. Cavo digitale e wifi con le nuove smart TV per il tuo divertimento. Ci sono materassi appena acquistati in ogni stanza. Una notte di sonno molto confortevole è in serbo per te!

Beautifully remodeled property

Gorgeous property with everything you could possibly need for a week at the beach. Remodeled property is beautifully done. There are even beach chairs, a beach wagon, boogie boards and more included for use.

Golf Trip

My father and I had an excellent stay at this property. Everything was as advertised, place was extremely clean and well maintained. The host was also very quick to respond if needed. The highlight was the location with proximity to the beach and the town for restaurants etc. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Oceanfront Villa

Beautiful condo in Ocean Club. Nicely decorated. Very comfortable. Incredible location. Beautiful views. Listen to the waves in the evening and enjoy the sunrise in the morning. Can’t wait to get back to Ocean Club 45 again soon.

Absolutely wonderful

We have been coming to HHI for over 10 years and this is the first place that we have wanted to book again for next year. The location was fabulous, the condo itself was perfect for our family of 5, we loved the extras like beach chairs and toys, gas grill, extra pillows and blankets. The upgrades are beautiful and the master bed felt like a cloud. We hope to come again next year - we were all sad to leave.

Cozy Beach house

Great stay!

This condo had it all!! It was clean, decorated nicely, and more than comfortable for my family of 4 (2 adults, 2 and 3 year old). The walk to the beach was right outside the back patio door and the pool was a couple steps through the front door. We would love to stay here again next time we come back. Highly recommend ocean club 45!

Literally perfect

Perfect location, perfect unit. Heated pool out that front door, ocean out the back door in a small, quiet complex. We had two teens with us, and they loved the freedom of being able to walk out to the pool or beach depending on their mood. Coligny Plaza shopping and restaurants were walkable. The back gate to Sea Pines was right down the road, making it easy to get to Harbour Town and South Beach Marina for lunch at The Salty Dog. The unit was updated and clean. We definitely would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Great Spring Break in Hilton Head

This is a great place to stay for a beach vacation in Hilton Head. The location was perfect. Close enough to walk or bike to Coligny Beach but just far enough away to avoid the big crowd on the beach. This condo is equipped with everything we needed and nice and updated. My only issue was the pillows were all super flat and uncomfortable but other than that everything was great.

Great place to stay!

Everything was near perfect except for the HVAC control. Nest thermostats have no place in rental property. It has no permanent override so we had to keep going back and resetting it to the desired temperature several time a day. This is why I did not put one of these in my home.

Few steps from beach

It was absolutely amazing to stay in Donna’s oceanfront condo. We were literally few steps from a fantastic beach stretching miles on end. The unit is gorgeous and very comfortable. HHI offers many wonderful places for a meal and at the same time we enjoyed the fully equipped kitchen. We would love to stay here again.
