The unit was clean, spacious and exactly as advertised in the listing. Everything was supplied for our one week vacation including bicycles! Would definitely stay here again.

The property was very convenient to a lot of restaurants and beach. Great location. The unit was large and loved that I could bring my dog. The unit was a little dated and could use a good deep clean. There was a bit of a pet smell when I arrived.

Great pool access. Furnishings were nice and clean. Layout was nice. It was clean, but the trim really needs painted and some kitchen and bath updates would help. Patio was a little more closed in with the shrubs than pictures showed. Didn’t really use it.

Dog Friendly HHI Rental

The villa was perfect for our family of 6 and our 2 dogs. It wasn't a far walk to the beach and the villa had almost everything we would need for a stay away from home. The couch isn't the same as the one in the photos, and it wasn't extremely comfortable (the back of the couch was a bit rigid and the arms weren't connected), but otherwise, the villa fit our needs.

HHI vacation

We have stayed in this unit several times. We like the location and that they are dog friendly. There have been some nice updates to the condo. I hope the bathrooms will be next as they could use some upgrading. We would stay here again.

Not as listed

The condo was as listed. There were no furniture coverings and the furniture was horrible. When you sat down you pretty much went down to the floor. Vinyl flooring was bubbled and coming up in spots. The bed in the master is like climbing in and out of the Grand Canyon, very bad as you are sleeping in a ditch. The couple above walked so hard you had to turn the tv volume up to half to full volume to hear it. Shared trash was not picked up during one and week and overflowed. Bikes were a nice add and worked well. It is two and half blocks to reach the sand of the beach which was nice. The bugs were very bad on the patio because the bushes are so over grown. The kitchen is very very small. We booked this to go house hunting and now know what we do not want.

We enjoyed being at HHI for the first time. The accommodations were just the right size for our family. The only issues we had were the cleanliness, invasion of the big black/red ants, there was no broom in the property to sweep, however there were 3 dustpans, and there were no knives sharp enough to cut anything except butter. Our favorite part of the property was the pool.

First the positives: - location was great for us- we bikes everywhere! - bikes on site ..awesome! - Quick response from Property Management when items were needed! Negatives: - Looks nothing like the listing - Dirty.. needs a deep cleaning.. - Unorganized (closets, kitchen) - outdated! It looks delightful and relaxing, but we felt like everything was 30 years old. Especially bathrooms!

Great place

The property was perfect! It was ground floor and close to the pool. I slight walk to the beach. We ended up driving to the free beach parking and going from there, as some of us had some walking issues. There was one piece of the floor that was coming up, but that was it. Those things would be expected in a rental. Great place!

Great location, clean condo

The condo was clean, and location was perfect. The bikes on site were handy for getting around. We brought our small dog with no issues, the island is pet friendly. The pool is not heated, which was disappointing, we would have used it more if it was. Pillows could use updating! Overall we enjoyed our first visit to Hilton Head.

Very comfortable condo in a great neighborhood. Close to everything and 5 min walk to the beach and park. Carlton the pooch loved it too. One recommendation….. new pillows!! All the pillows are rock hard. I had to borrow a pillow from a friend. We had a great 3 weeks stay

Cute condo but…

We love this condo but this may be the last time we stay here due to the noisy folks upstairs. Sounds like they are moving furniture all night long. Only peaceful night we had was night before checkout.

Nice place and has everything you need

Condo was clean and nice. Beach chairs and bikes were a nice feature. It’s a little far to walk to the beach if you have a lot to carry. Not a huge issue but you can hear the people above you walking around, running water, etc.

Great condo with dirty sheets on arrival.

My family of four enjoyed our stay in this updated condo. Unfortunately we arrived in the evening to find dirty sheets on bed, stained with blood and covered in dog hair. So much for the “extra cleaning due to COVID “. We called the next morning and property manager sent over a housekeeper with clean sheets. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay! Beds were comfortable. It’s definitely a 15 minute walk to beach, not 7. The pool is adjacent to condo, so noise may be an issue for some but it didn’t bother us.

Great condo that had everything we needed. We especially appreciated that bikes and beach chairs were provided as well as sheets and towels. Easy walk or bike ride to beach and lots of restaurants. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place

Lots of reviews about upstairs neighbor. No nasty notes or complaints. We took our dogs with us at all times though. Close to the beach when we found the best way. Really not a 5 min walk to the beach.
