Immerse yourself in comfort and convenience at this sparkling clean, bright, and airy villa, newly renovated for your enjoyment. Located in the serene, established Fiddler's Cove community, this charming 2-bedroom, 2-bath villa is just a short seven-minute walk from the beach, offering one of the best rental values on Hilton Head Island.

Recently updated by new owners, the villa features fresh flooring throughout, a modern kitchen with all-new stainless steel appliances, including a large-capacity washer and dryer, and updated bathrooms. Conveniently situated on the ground floor with just one easy step to the front door, you'll avoid the hassle of carrying beach gear up and down stairs. Additionally, a day away from the beach is perfectly spent at one of the two on-site swimming pools located just across a small parking lot.

Flip Flop Folly comfortably accommodates four guests with a king-size bed in the master bedroom featuring a new Nectar mattress, and two twin beds in the guest bedroom. A porta-crib is also available for our younger guests. Enjoy flat-screen TVs in each bedroom and a 50" Smart TV in the living area, all with a Charter Spectrum package. Stay connected with free WiFi throughout the villa. The brand-new kitchen is fully equipped for the gourmet cook, including small appliances not commonly found in rentals. Relax on the small porch with a patio table and chairs, perfect for enjoying drinks or dinner after a day at the beach. Beach essentials such as a wagon, beach chairs, boogie boards, and sand toys are also provided.

Fiddler's Cove offers beautifully landscaped grounds with multiple playgrounds, picnic areas, BBQ spots, and a private lagoon teeming with wildlife. Hilton Head's extensive bike trails lead directly to the complex entrance, and the new Breeze Trolley stop offers free transportation to Shelter Cove’s shops and restaurants.

Resort amenities include free parking, a 24/7 security gate, two outdoor swimming pools (cooled in summer and heated in fall and spring), and a hot tub. For sports enthusiasts, there are ten championship-caliber clay tennis courts and four pickleball courts available for reservation.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay here! Condo was well laid out, kitchen was the best stocked I've ever seen, and the beach wagon was a life saver. The property manager was great and easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again.

Fiddlers Cove

We’ve stayed in Fiddler’s Cove before (a different unit), so we knew what a great location it is. Just a short walk to the beach! Unit has a wagon, beach chairs, & beach toys… just bring your beach towels! This kitchen was fabulous! Being there for 2 weeks, we did cook quite a bit, and were impressed at the kitchen gadgets, utensils, cookware, & dinnerware available for us. They even provided seasonings, oils, & vinegars to use. Loved the decor and the touches of pink… very cute! A few things could be improved upon… There was no dining table… Stools were available at the kitchen island. However, b/c the stools didn’t have backs, we weren’t able to comfortably linger around after dinner or allow our wiggly 4 year old to sit there. If we had only stayed a few days, or didn’t have a little boy, this probably wouldn’t have been an issue. Some towels were fine… others were extremely thin & worn. Maybe, the towels are provided by the cleaning agency, and perhaps the owners could address that. Finally, the shower curtain liners were absolutely disgusting… lots of mold. I even considered purchasing new ones to hang during our stay. Other than those issues, we enjoyed our stay & the condo was great!

Wonderful trip

We had such a great stay. The kitchen had all the supplies we needed, bedrooms were clean. The extras with the chargers, wagon, chairs were all an added plus. Close to pool and easy walk or drove to the beach.

Super Stocked

Had a fabulous time in this sparkling clean unit! The kitchen was loaded with clean cooking/ eating tools and ANY kitchen item you could possibly need! Grills close by for a nice BBQ. Pool just steps away and the beach... a ten minute walk to gorgeous sand and surf! Unit has a wagon and chairs for beach although we had our own. We really enjoyed our stay and would love to come back to Flip Flop Folly! Just an aside... we could never get the wifi to work on any of our phones after many many attempts. And the TV was difficult to use if you want live TV for like the local news.

End of summer 2021 trip

We had a great time at your location, loved the easy access on the bottom floor as we went to and from the beach! The latest technology throughout the villa made our stay comfortable and a breeze to use the appliances. All beach items provided for guest use were appreciated and thoroughly enjoyed by our family! Perfect for Family Vacation

This condo was the perfect size for my family. If you have 2 children, like me, the second bedroom has two twin size beds which helped to avoid our kids sleeping in the same bed. It is in a great location and conveniently located within a 5 minute walk from Folly Field Beach.

Great stay close to beach

We usually stay in Fiddler's Cove as it's a short walk to the beach and has two pools. The condo was great and clean and had all the beach gear. We'd definitely stay here again.

Nice Unit and Locations but needs some attention.

The unit had plenty of room for a family of 3. The location is great for the beach and pool. However, we had to clean out the tub, some of the dishes weren't clean, the unit smells like mildew, and there were spiders. We called the property manager about the mildew smell but no one ever came. You may want to check the tub in master bathroom because the floor of the shower felt soft.

Flip Flop Folly

The condo was bright, comfortable, and had most everything we required. It did NOT have a vacuum or dust mop to clean the floors. Our floors were gritty and dirty when we arrived. The air conditioner would not cool below 79 degrees and we suffered with that for over 24 hours before it was fixed. Surely the prior renters or cleaning crew noticed the hot condo. But overall we did enjoy the condo and it’s features. Convenient to the pool and grill. Communication with the rental service could have been better as I never received a final email stating what we were to do once we arrived on Sunday afternoon. We did enjoy Fiddkers Cove in general.

My opinion

The kitchen had open condiments in the pantry including open mayonnaise and various mustards. The rugs were dirty and the bedroom floor also dirty. Possibly sand.

Beautiful Beach Getaway

My family of 4 enjoyed our stay in this beautifully renovated villa. It was clean and equipped with everything needed to enjoy a week stay, like top of the line appliances and cookware and beach chairs and toys. The walk to the private beach was quick and easy, and the resort pools were wonderful and never crowded. This was our first trip to HHI and we enjoyed it so much. We would definitely stay here again!

Discovered a hidden gem

We were so impressed with this property. It was just a walk down the street to the beach entrance. The wagon, beach chairs, and the boogie boards were much appreciated. The pools were enjoyed as well. I would highly recommend this to family and friends. Thank you for making our vacation such a memorable experience.

Carefree Getaway!

Flip Flop Folly is a beautifully maintained condo located in the Fiddlers Cove development which is located by Folly Field beach in Hilton Head. We rented the unit to attend a family wedding and we couldn’t have been more comfortable. Everything was new and in working order and the owner included “little touches” that made our stay extremely enjoyable and carefree. These extras included lots of beach chairs, beach toys, and even a wagon for the beach. I highly recommend Flip Flop Folly and would definitely stay here again.
