  • Sotto nuova proprietà estate 2017 con ristrutturazioni e aggiornamenti. Nuovi elettrodomestici, ponti appena dipinti, ponti appena ricostruiti e nuovi mobili, nuovi letti. I condomini sulla spiaggia sono all'interno della Shipyard Plantation, una comunità privata residenziale e resort. L'unità 3 camere da letto più vicina alla spiaggia !! Letto matrimoniale nella camera matrimoniale, letto matrimoniale nella camera 2, letto matrimoniale e due letti nella camera 3, divano letto. Il complesso si trova vicino all'Oceano Atlantico e alla Van der Meer Tennis Academy. Gli ospiti del Beachwood 125 possono facilmente raggiungere a piedi i luoghi di ristoro e di intrattenimento offerti dal Sonesta. Il campo da golf Shipyard ha una combinazione unica di 9, 18 o 27 buche disponibili per il gioco. Appena oltre il cancello del cantiere navale, i vacanzieri trovano una vasta selezione di ristoranti, negozi e divertimenti per tutte le età al Coligny Plaza a North Forest Beach.

The kitchen was fairly well equipped. We did note a few things may need to be added: wine glasses, corkscrew, measuring spoons, pot holders, measuring cups (Pyrex type) and the toaster did not work.Beds were comfortable and the bedrooms were a nice size.

This was a family trip and we absolutely loved the location of this condo. It is exactly as described, TVs everywhere, comfortable rooms to relax and sleep. Two large decks. It is a very easy walk to the beach and the pool is right off the back deck area. The condo was clean and well stocked. It is an easy bike ride to Coligny Plaza via bike path or beach. We will be back!! Thank you!

The location was amazing. Extremely walkable to the beach and pool right behind the property. Having a grill was great for easy dinners too. The kitchen is also well supplied. The condo is great for a family of 5 and had great space. It is clear it is a rental in the sense that the walls were pretty banged up, and the window sills could use some love. The furniture is not the greatest on the main level, but overall it was a good stay.

Property listing is accurate. All went well. Absolutely fabulous and responsive Seashore Vacations management team. Addendum to previous reviews- both porches have door screens and umbrellas installed now. In the future host might consider installing some kind of privacy screen on entry doors, replacing skillets, and have someone looked at HVAC unit (humming during the heating cycle). Will consider staying in the future for sure.

Nice enough property across from tennis facility

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Response time from Will wa excellent. Place was nice enough. Decks and steps were a little run down. Was great to have a washer dryer onsite. Doors and frames were pretty dirty, although the rest of the pace seemed clean. Vacuum cleaner was broken so we couldn’t sweep prior to leaving. Property management was very good, and responsive.

Great Location

I’ll start by saying it’s my understanding that this particular condo has been recently purchased by a new owner. With that said the place could use a little TLC (Fresh paint, some new / more cook ware and attention to the rear deck and chairs). Overall however the unit is perfect for a family or even 2 small family’s. It has 2 masters which are both equipped with big beautiful showers. I will happily stay in this condo again in the future but just hope it get a little attention! Cheers

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: we have stayed at this condo several times with no complaints, until this year. we had a mouse eat through a cooler, had to replace bread twice and some bananas. the pullout couch had mice droppings and could tell there was evidence of nesting. both sliding door were not functional so we were down to one door. The master bedroom sheets were clearly dirty and I had to was them upon arrival. oh not mention the code given to us at 8pm did not work when we arrived. although we did receive some reimbursement , I still felt like it wasn't enough for the inconvenience and stress added to what use to be a pleasant visit

Great place to stay for vacation!

It's was great! However, one of the patio doors was broken. It was in the process of being repaired. Other than that I highly recommend this villa.

Spring break vacation

We are regular visitors to Hilton head, and we have previously stayed in a different unit and beachwalk. We really enjoyed the layout of this unit and the proximity to the beach. The unit was relatively well stocked with basic supplies. It did look as though it could have been cleaned one more time before we arrived, there were some dead bugs/minor debris throughout the place, and quite a few of the “clean“ dishes were actually dirty. We would stay here again.

Southern Escape Tennis Tournament

Great location next to Van der Meer Tennis facility in Shipyard. Clean, neat European /IKEA feel downstairs. Bedrooms in good condition with TV in every bedroom and two additional downstairs. Easy access in and out of facility with quivk walk to pool, tennis, and beach. Would definitely book again!

modern condo was perfect

We loved staying in this modern furnished condo. 5 minute walk to beach. We held a family reunion and rented several condos. Pool was great. I would rent again!!
