Family Reunion

The property at 44 Bradley Beach was perfect for our family. All couples were able to enjoy comfortable king size beds and there were plenty of bathrooms for all. Our boys loved the ping pong table and the whole group enjoyed the pool. The common areas were quite comfortable, inviting and large enough for all of us to enjoy together. We were not crazy about the amount of car traffic driving past to the public parking but the access made for an easy walk to the beach. Most shopping and dining out were a fairly close drive. We would definitely stay in this home again if we return to HHI as a large group.

Great Family Vacation

This was a great house for our family to get together in HHI! So close to the beach and a great pool we’re two of the highlights. We also liked how big it was so we could spread out or have alone time if needed. It was a flawless process in and out and we have no complaints. Thank you!

Great potential

The location is great- quick scenic walk to the beach. Close to lifeguard area. Quiet neighborhood. The house was adequately stocked with kitchen supplies, storage, etc. the home is nicely decorated and comfy. The negative- the pool filter/pump/cleaner didn’t work for our entire stay leaving the pool unusable for 95% of the stay. We had pool cleaners come twice but it was quickly dirtied again. There is also a leak somewhere in the pool/plumbing which made us have to fill the pool daily which took hours and someone had to be there to make sure it didn’t overflow. Despite spending an hour everyday skimming and trying to clean the pool it was still too dirty for anyone to want to use majority of time. The grill was infested with roaches, which someone did come out to clean the next day. The pool patio drain was clogged/not working so there was always about 3 inches of stagnant dirty water on the patio. Landscaping is neglected only complicating the dirty pool situation. The fact that we couldn’t use the pool put a damper on the whole stay. We were offered free putt putt tickets for the inconvenience but we weren’t given them until our last evening of the stay so we didn’t get to use them. Overall my family felt the home was too expensive not to having a working pool. We could’ve saved a few thousand and went with a house without one. We were constantly told by the pool company that they would come the next day to “fix” the pool filter but they never did. It was very frustrating to deal with.

Wedding Vacation

House is very good size, everything you need, some things a little dated but very nice. Close to the beach through a state park which was very nice. Overall a great place.

A wonderful place to stay!

A very roomy and beautiful house located very conveniently to the beach. We enjoyed everything about our week except for a loud tropical storm one night. Other than that everything was great!

Awesome home! Very comfortable for a large group.

We had a great time! The only issue was a broken coffee maker which the property manager replaced immediately. We had a great time at HHI. The home was very clean and comfortably furnished. Beach access was easy. We would definitely stay at this home again!

Perfect beach house for couples

Very impressed with the space in this home! Each couple had their own king sized bed with a private bathroom. The house was great, and such a quick walk to the beach. Which worked out, because we utilized that more than the pool. Only complaint (not really much of a complaint) was there were no spices or anything to cook with, so we had to purchase everything to be able to make dinner at the house (ie., salt, pepper, flour, sugar, etc.). We assumed maybe that was due to COVID? Other than that, the house was perfect and we would definitely come back.

Great week with family

This house Is Beautiful! Great location with a short walk to the beach. I had one issue figuring out how to turn on the pool lights and they responded promptly. Kitchen is well stocked to make any meal and plenty of space to spread out for 10 people.

Absolutely Wonderful!

This house is huge and gorgeous. The location is perfect - right at the end of a street and about a 7 minute walk on the boardwalk to the beach. The house has lots of items in the basement that you can use for your stay. It has a bike trailer, chairs for the beach, toys for small children, and even a pool table! The swimming pool in the back yard is just fantastic. The house was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and there is plenty of space for a large crowd. All the small and large appliances work great, the AC kept the house cool, and there is a nice TV in the family room. The upstairs bedrooms are very private for people who want to sleep in or go to bed early. A wonderful, beautiful, peaceful, spacious place to enjoy some time at the beach!

Incredible Location, Great Home for the Entire Family

Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this home to others. We look forward to returning in the near future and will definitely look to rent this home again!

Good family vacation

Very enjoyable. Served our needs well. Great kitchen and appliances. Only negatives were that the bedroom blinds were very dusty and the startup supplies were a little short.

Highly recomend

This house was actually better than my expectations. Large rooms, fully furnished kitchen, some beach accessories available like chairs and cart. Beach was larger than most and even though during peak season, there was still plenty of room for our four families to be together. The walk to the beach was a nice boardwalk type with a pubic beach facility along the way. House has a large pool with outside shower. Would have given this house a five rating, but there was a need to clean the pool at least three times a day. Landscaping around pool gives nice and needed privacy, but lot of plant debris fall into the pool. Ashten, our contact, was very professional, patient, and very prompt with my inquiries.

Family Vacation

Good points: very roomy, plenty of kitchen storage space, beds were good. Loved having a code to get into the house instead of using keys.Easy check in and check out on site. Bad points: Needs another refrigerator for food/drink for a house of this size, maybe in the garage area. The WiFi was very spotted through out the week, and maybe a slight upgrade in the cable package. Not sure what the answer is but, the pool was a constant collection area of leaves and needed to be cleaned almost hourly. But overall we enjoyed the house...

Beautiful house and good location.

Our family of 12 enjoyed our stay at this beautiful 6 bedroom home. The only downside was that the pool filter(s) were not working. We had to skim the pool every time we used it.

W we're very disappointed

Disappointed!!! The pool was full of leaves and debris. We called for someone to clean it and make it usable. Was told they would come right ober, no one showed. Called again the next day, left a message, no one called back. We paid for cleaning service, but had to remove sheets and all linen ourselves. We also had to empty all trash cans.. I've never heard of this!! The pool was the biggest issue and we were extremely unhappy that we could not even use it..
