Benvenuto in 12 Spotted Sandpiper! Questa classica casa a cinque camere da letto Sea Pines con tre bagni può ospitare un gruppo di un massimo di 11 ospiti in totale. Si trova sull'oceano di seconda fila a Sea Pines - una passeggiata molto facile dalla spiaggia!

Un bel vantaggio di questa casa è che offre calore della piscina gratuito. Finché la temperatura non scende al di sotto di 55 gradi, sei pronto a goderti il calore GRATUITO della piscina in genere da marzo a maggio e da settembre a novembre (devi confermare l'ufficio prima del soggiorno per confermare e programmare).

This house was exactly what we needed for our vacation. The layout was perfect for our family. The outdoor decks and pool area were absolutely lovely. Everything felt very secluded and was super quiet. Second row and only a couple minute walk to the beachm you could see the ocean from the second floor of the house. This house being dog friendly made it even more worth it for us so we could bring our furry family members. We would definitely recommend this home and would certainly stay here again.

Amazing Place for the Entire Family

We had an amazing family stay at this property. Short walk to the beach. What I loved the most is everyone has space to spread out and there was plenty of seating when we all wanted to be together. We will definitely be back!

Dated. Very odd decorations and "artwork". The icemaker made an incredibly obnoxious noise and needs to repaired or replaced. I finally turned it off for some peace and quiet which is why we went down to the beach in the first place. Oak leaves in the pool for the majority of the stay.

Great Hilton Head home

Clean, comfortable, and convenient. Plenty of room for our group of 8. All systems worked perfectly and the WiFi is fast. The beach is close - (75 yards or so) and was great for walking.. Our entire group enjoyed our stay

Amazing beach home

Ideal location with beautifully landscaped private pool. Large porch facing ocean with a peek-a-boo ocean view. Very well stocked kitchen has all you need for your stay.

Location is amazing!

The pros of this home: location- pretty short walk direct to beach, pool is nice, kids loved the fountains, overall it was pretty clean. The rental company always responded when there was an issue, quickly. Cons: the refrigerator is straight from the 70s (I think) rusted inside, overall gross looking. No filtered water and the tap water was gross. Had to buy gallons. Not a huge deal but most houses and condos we have stayed in have filtered water refrigerators. In all fairness- they did say there was a new one ordered but wasn’t in yet, and they provided another refrigerator downstairs for extra space. Dated appearance- could use a refresher. If you don’t like hard mattress’s you will not like them here. Didn’t feel them all but mine and a few others were hard. Master bedroom upstairs- windows rattle all night long- couldn’t figure out how to get it to stop so bring white noise and/or ear plugs if you’re a light sleeper. Would definitely stay here again, mainly for location, but would plan to purchase water. :)

Great Location & Amenities

This is a great location and amenities to enjoy Sea Pines Hilton Head. As mentioned by other reviewers, Kitchen and Bathrooms are extremely dated and could use upgrading. I would rent this property again.

Great location

We really enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house is a bit dated—especially the kitchen and bathrooms. We’d likely book the property again; we definitely would if it were updated. The property managers were very responsive when we had minor issues.

Great location and nice pool

This house felt like the Brady bunch walking into it. It’s very 60s with lots of art and stuff everywhere. It’s an ok house. It was clean but could use a lot of updating. Bathrooms are original and kitchen is basic but works. Living area couches are in BAD need of replacement. The love seat has no springs left and the leather couch is worn. The chair 1/2 is really gross. It was our joke of the trip. I realize with rental property you don’t want to do much but those pieces are just awful considering the price tag for a weeks rental. The pool is nice with a cool water feature and the walk to the beach is short and easy. Mosquitos are bad near the pool. The mosquito things out there didn’t work. . The AC went out one evening but the rental company was very responsive and had it fixed quickly which was a plus. They even brought fans for the interim. I would not rent it again but because I was late booking there wasn’t much else available in my price range but I did see other places (if you plan ahead) that were updated and better looking for the same money.

Family getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. My husband and I stayed there with our adult children and their spouses. The pool and outdoor area was fantastic. The house was very clean. Due to Covid we ate all meals on the property. The kitchen had everything we needed. Proximity to the beach was wonderful.

We will be back!

We loved the location of this property! Very spacious and clean. The pool area was definitely our favorite part of the house. We loved the 2 minute private walk to the beautiful beach. The house has a whole lot of old school charm and character. Overall we were impressed with all of it. The only cons were the old refrigerator (which works but is definitely old) and the bathrooms could use a little update, although none of that would prevent us from booking this property again. It was beautiful and We loved it!

Great house!

We loved our time in this house! The backyard and pool are fabulous, easy access to the beach, comfy beds, spacious and comfortable interior, and a well-stocked kitchen. The rental company was also very friendly and responsive. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we ended up staying two extra nights and our tween/teen boys (who tend to be skeptics) still keep saying they miss it.

Perfect location!

This is a hidden gem for sure! The outdoor space is very private and beautiful. The location cannot be beat. Easy access to the beach and beautiful views from the upper deck. We would definitely recommend this home!
